About the property

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a full size shower and bath tub, as well as ample storage space. There is a separate toilet room next to the shower room. This is a shared space with one other person.
The backyard is a great spot to start your day with a morning coffee or on the couch taking in the morning sun. The living room has an air-conditioning unit which we use to cool the home. However, we often have the house opened up for the great airflow it gets.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances. We will provide things like salt, pepper, baking paper, paper towel, and dishwashing liquid.
The garage is dedicated as a home gym, with all the weights you would want, various machines (Echo bike, Ski Erg and Row Erg), a squat rack and other CrossFit equipment. You are welcome to utilise this space just as much as we do.

Claire works full time in the safety space for a construction company.
We both enjoy training (CrossFit), gardening, the beach, board games and good chats. We enjoy keeping ourselves well and active.
