The house was recently built so everything is in proper working order and clean. The room itself has never been lived in, is carpeted and has a built-in robe. The room is available unfurnished or a single bed and bedside table can be provided. It has a private bathroom for each of the two main bedrooms, a spacious living room with comfortable leather couches, air-conditioning and a large flat-screen TV, plus various gaming consoles. The property also has a two-car garage which the tenant will have access to. There is a modern security system installed. The two main bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house so we can keep maintain our privacy when we need it. The house is professionally cleaned once a fortnight. It's right off the Hutton Street FWY exit so almost anywhere in central Perth is 10-15 minutes away at most. This house is in a fantastic location with Scarborough beach along with its cafes bars and restaurants only a 5 minute drive away. Innaloo Westfield is only a 2 minute drive away. Both Stirling and glendalough train stations are close by as well as frequent buses at the top of the road, one way going to Scarborough and the other into the city. Our third housemate who is moving back to the UK is selling her bed and television if you are interested in buying them.
