The house was recently built so everything is in proper working order and clean. The room itself is carpeted and has a built-in robe. The room is available unfurnished or a single bed and bedside table can be provided. It has a private bathroom for each of the two main bedrooms, a spacious living room with comfortable leather couches, air-conditioning and a large flat-screen TV, plus various gaming consoles. We also have a kitten which is available for petting (free of charge). The property also has a two-car garage which the tenant will have access to. The two main bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house so we can keep maintain our privacy when we need it. The house is professionally cleaned once a fortnight. It's right off the Hutton Street FWY exit so almost anywhere in central Perth is 10-15 minutes away at most. There are bike paths going along the freeway to Lake Monger, it's a short drive to the beach and it's close to the best gym in the world - Ninja Academy. Although it looks small from the outside, the flat is quite spacious. We have both an air-conditioner/heater so you will always feel comfortable during the year! There's a small washing line outside and the gate is always locked. And most importantly WE HAVE A LEMON TREE! That's right, FREE LEMONS! The best thing about this house it’s location . We are right beside a bus stop which takes you to train station. We are 3km from Scarborough beach and minutes from Innaloo shopping centre. There are plenty of restaurants and gyms close by.
