It is very comfortable with a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the main living area and an individual fan if needed in the bedrooms. I have speedy wifi and a smart TV with netflix and pandora for you to use. I have all the kitchen appliances you could want including coffee machine, sandwich press, blender, toaster and new oven/fridge etc. I've made the space very homely and you will love all my decorations from time spent traveling abroad. There is parking in a bay/visitors bay which you can use. In the bedroom you will find storage space in the wardrobe and bedside drawer.There is plenty of room in the fridge, freezer and pantry. In the courtyard I have a weber bbq which you can use. I have a new washer and dryer, the washing machine has a handy 15 minute quick wash cycle. The clothes line is outside affixed to the wall, there is an inside clothes rack if you need also. There is a supermarket, newsagency, post office, bank, pharmacist, gym, petrol station, late night food, oval, library and massage parlour within 300m of the apartment! There is a 24 hour fresh food market and supermarket only 5 minutes away. The house is a modern build, beautiful and big. There is a living area at the front of the house, a utility room and downstairs bathroom. The floors throughout the downstairs (except separate living room) are tiled. The kitchen dinning area is huge and has another living area. The room that is for rent is the master room which itself is extremely spacious. The built in wardrobe is essentially a walk in closest too (could fit double beds in it). There is also a his and hers ensuite with both jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a reverse cycle AC in this room too. We are very close to Stirling, good bus routes and near parks and lakes.
