Hey Guys!! I have one room available at 92a cedric st. I took the room on lease shared with one more girl. So its 3 room house. Currently 3 girls are staying in house. Myself (full time work), Megha ( she is a student at ECU) and Gurlin ( she is also student st ECU). Unfortunately i will be moving to different country and thats why I will be looking for someone whom i can handover the lease. So rent basically is $280/week but it is shared between 3 people which brings it down to less than $100/person. All Bills per person for one month is usually $60/person. So to make it bit more clear I am currently paying $110/week including rent and bills. House is pretty big and fully furnished. You can pack your bag and just move in!! I will letting out some of my stuffs for free who will be moving in the room, as I am really short on time and dont have time to sell out all my stuffs. Thanks

AMAZING location with an easy going, social but clean housemate :) 5 min to Dog Swamp shopping centre and The Mezz, 8 min to city centre, 15 min to beach and bus stop 2 min walk away!! It's a cute place with off street parking and evap aircon in all rooms. Kitchen has just been renovated as well as the whole house recently painted, new curtins and new carpets put in. Great outdoor area and the whole house will be furnished except for the bedroom available for rent (does have a built in robe).

This house is a stunning, brand new townhouse in a super central and convenient area. It is fully furnished so all you'd need to bring is furnishings for your room. Woolworths, Coles, gyms and petrol station within walking distance. The freeway is also close by as well as lake monger and yokine for your exercising needs. There are 4 rooms altogether, 3 of which are occupied, and the main available for rent. You have to see it to believe how nice (and spacious) it is. It is $250 pw, upstairs with a walk in wardrobe and big ensuite. We have a small alfresco area downstairs (No gardening required as we have no plants). Outside the laundry we put our bins and there is a big washing line. Bills include wifi, netflix, electricity, gas and water and we split these up evenly as they come. They are usually quite reasonable (Around $120 max per quarter). We have all the kitchen/laundry appliances you can think of and 2 big fridges, one to fit everyone's food in and another in the garage for drinks. We would need 2 weeks rent in advance as well as 2 weeks rent for the bond.
I have a large furnished single room available in an all female townhouse in a quiet complex just 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station!!! It is a 2 bedroom partially renovated unit near everything you could need, the local shops are just down the road with IGA, subway, pizza chemist and more. Bus stop out the front of complex, a short walk to the train, lake monger, and herdsman lake. Under 15 minutes drive to the city, ecu mt Lawley & Scarborough beach.

We have a remote control garage that I would be happy to share custody of :) The house has roller shutters so stays quite cool in Summer but on those scorcher days we also have ducted air con though unfortunately not into the room I am leasing out. We have a solar hot water system which is great to cut electricity bills down in Summer. We recently installed a dishwasher so there won't be any fights over who does the washing up :) Shared bathroom with just me and a separate toilet. We have Netflix and unlimited data internet($60 a month). Desk, office chair and printer are yours if you want them in the room but can sell them off otherwise as I do not need them. Room can fit a double bed, does not have bed in there at the moment but can organise a single bed if you will need it. Room has a built in wardrobe and can come with lots of coat hangers :) Welcome to have use of everything in the house- tv, dining table, fridge, (we also have a bar fridge and freezer which aren't being used at the moment) washing machine, bbq and even my treadmill if you feel like it :) This is definitely not a party house but you are welcome to bring friends round anytime.
