well this apartment is quite amazing ...it is the top floor of the building and dead centre ...so we will have the best apartment in the complex..for a old building it is very neat and well set up ..they have looked after the place ...the view is the best I have found in south perth and everything I was after, very spacious and newly renovated bathroom and kitchen ..there are 2 car bays and free parking on the street after 5pm.. also there is a storeroom..pool. bedroom 1 available $300 has all fitted out wardrobes/mirror/draws and a car bay available. bedroom 2 available $250 is very big for a 3rd room but it does not have a wardrobe and will have street parking available (free after 5pm mon-fri + weekends) all bills are include + nbn wifi there is split system air conditioning ..one it the main room and one in the main living area. highlights =the view and balcony is amazing ,its massive compared to all the other apartments in south perth very spacious ..location is unbelievable ...look forward to meeting my future room mate :)
Seeking someone who wants to stay for six months or longer, has full time income and an appreciation for stye. This is a truly beautiful house, filled with art, light, gorgeous furnishings and fun! A lovely renovated cottage with loads of space and modern, attractive facilities. The room is enormous with a huge wardrobe, queen-sized bed, desk, air-conditioning, fan and linen available. There are two living areas so you can lots of privacy if required. And it has a massive kitchen and sensational deck, with bifold doors opening out to this gorgeous space. The house is close to public transport, the river, Mt Lawley, Maylands café strip, the city and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. I prefer to share food and meals with my housemate, although I do this on a relaxed basis - there is no "we must cook dinner for each other every night!" However, if this doesn't suit you then that can be ok too. And you must love dogs as my absolutely adorable mini-Schnauzer Kate, also lives in the house.

The house is located within 10 mins walk of the train station and approx 300 metres of the bus stops and local shopping centre. With easy access to the freeway it takes approx 5 mins to drive to the city centre. Lake Monger is a stone throw away if you like to jog or walk ( it has a 3.5km circumference) The coast is a 12mins drive away (Scarborough, Floreat and City beach).

I have a little dog who doesn't shed fur but loves to give cuddles :) She is very well-behaved and doesn't bark, but must be a dog lover. 😃 No communal cooking, however happy to share a meal occasionally. I enjoy a wine relaxing in the courtyard so be great to have someone who enjoys a chat occasionally over a wine & BBQ. Parking: Plenty of verge parking - no permit required.
AMAZING location 8 min to city centre, 12 min to beach, and Glendalough Station is a 10 min walk away! I love living in this spot :) It's a cute place with off street parking and evap aircon in all rooms. Kitchen has been renovated as well as the whole house painted, new curtains and new carpets put in. Big outdoor area and the whole house is furnished except for the bedroom available for rent. The room for rent can fit a Queen bed. It's a medium size room and the built in robe is great! The 3rd bedroom I keep as a spare with a pull out couch in it. A great location close to the Mount Hawthorn/Leederville strip, 10 mins from the City and 15 mins to the beach. Looking for a tidy, respectful housemate. One room with large built in robe available (the 3rd will be a spare) with internet included. Other bills split evenly. Room currently has a double bed and bedside table but can be unfurnished if you have your own bedroom furniture. Potential housemate must be comfortable sharing with two indoor cats. They're pretty chill and generally keep to themselves but this does unfortunately mean no other pets.

UPDATE: Hi everyone, our Korean housemate has left after six months, and her room is again available. The house is close to the City/Osborne Park/Innaloo suburbs for those working nearby! Fantastic small furnished bedroom in quiet house - ideal for someone who works shifts or studies. Two toilets. Neat kitchen with all facilities. Two lounge areas. Small pergola area with BBQ facilities. Parking off road. Very close to public transport, shops, freeway. Close to city. All bills included : internet, electricity, water, household toiletries, kitchen cleaning products, washing powder; softener, etc. We are currently two occupants, one Australian (home owner), one student from Hong Kong (studying English) who has been in the house for over three years! We have a very laid-back household, socialise at times (dinners/lunches/BBQs and/or with friends/family), and other times just do our own thing. We (separately) play a little sport (squash/tennis/badminton/golf). Our house is usually quiet, and is ideal for studying - although we do have the occasional BBQ or party. The local (5 minute walk) park is great for outdoor BBQs and exercising, and includes tennis courts. We have two cars parked at the house, and there is off-road space for another. Easy access to the city centre via public transport (bus - 2 minute walk from the house, and train - 20 minute walk to the station).
