The premise is a spacious villa in a nice, quiet, secure estate with outdoor parking. It is a 4-minute walk from Glendalough train station, 8-minute drive to the city and a 4-minute drive/15-minute walk to a plethora of shops, cafes, and pubs. Very convenient location. The only downsides are: * It's a small room. Enough space for a single/double bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair and not much else. * The house is pretty basic and I make do with just the essentials, however you are welcome to make suggestions and we can furnish it some more. * Bills are not included but they're not that expensive and we would split them 50/50. So this place is brand new which is great. The room available is absolutely huge and comes with a full sized mirrored wardrobe and an en-suite. In terms of location, the house is about a five minute walk to glendalough train station and a five minute drive to the CBD! The house is not furnished as per the photos, however, there is a brand new couch, LG French door fridge, smart TV, washer dryer etc. all you need is a bed and you are set! In terms of parking there is a single garage. If you require off street parking happy to discuss this further. There is also a locked store room which is empty at the moment and available for storage :)

Some street parking , own bathroom , and a courtyard . The room pictured is for you , fits a double bed. Apartment dose have a store room which could fit a bike / surfboard . Not into perfume or strong cologne being sprayed indoors as I get an allergic reaction. Real estate agent is likely to ask for your name to be put on lease until March 2020.
I am looking at sharing my townhouse with 2 other friendly easy going people who prefer a quiet and clean place (rather than a party house) to call home. The house is located within 10 mins walk of the train station and approx 300 metres of the bus stops and local shopping centre. With easy access to the freeway it takes approx 5 mins to drive to the city centre. Lake Monger is a stone throw away if you like to jog or walk ( it has a 3.5km circumference) The coast is a 12mins drive away (Scarborough, Floreat and City beach).
