Hi, my name is Luciano.
I’m a 41-year-old engineer working full-time in the CBD. I lead an active lifestyle and train most weekdays, including Jiu-Jitsu, gym sessions, and running, so I’m usually not home until around 8–9 pm. On weekends, I enjoy morning gym sessions, relaxing at home, getting some work done, and hosting the occasional BBQ with close friends.
I’ve recently received the keys to my new home in Mount Hawthorn, conveniently located within walking distance of Glendalough train station, which I use to commute to work.
The house features four bedrooms, three toilets, two bathrooms, and a secure garage with space for three cars.
I’ll be renting out the entire upstairs level, which offers excellent privacy and comfort. This space includes three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an upstairs family/living room—ideal for a couple or two people sharing.
The listed price is for one person; however, I’m happy to negotiate for a couple, which is my preference.
