So this place is brand new which is great. The room available is absolutely huge and comes with a full sized mirrored wardrobe and an en-suite. In terms of location, the house is about a five minute walk to glendalough train station and a five minute drive to the CBD! The house is not furnished as per the photos, however, there is a brand new couch, LG French door fridge, smart TV, washer dryer etc. all you need is a bed and you are set! In terms of parking there is a single garage. If you require off street parking happy to discuss this further. There is also a locked store room which is empty at the moment and available for storage :)
This is a duplex in a great location with the Dianella shopping centre across the road, bus stops for easy public transport just around the corner.Its only a few minutes drive from Morley galleria,10 minute drive to the city and 15 from the airport. The property has Gas cooking and electric oven, a pool and ducted air con through out.My current house mate has the internet in his name so will more than likely organise something after he vacates.The place is fully furnished with the vacant room partially furnished with a queen size bed and bed side draws although I am flexible with this if the furniture is not required
Hey everyone! I have a room available in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in Leederville. The apartment is clean & well kept and the bedroom is clean, and cozy. You can comfortably fit a double bed, a set of drawers & possibly a desk inside. It has a built in wardrobe as well. I don’t have a lot of furniture in the main living area so you are more Then welcome to bring anything along or buy any furtniture! I have a washing machine in the bathroom, and the shower has fantastic hot water and a bathtub. The living area has an air conditioner, which pretty much cools the entire apartment in about 30 minutes in summer and the kitchen is well kept and has a dishwasher. The overall complex is cleaned and well maintained as wel as having a pool, perfect coming up to summer! It is also close to public transport, and a 15-20 min walk to oxford st & the train station. AMAZING location 8 min to city centre, 12 min to beach, and Glendalough Station is a 10 min walk away! I love living in this spot :) It's a cute place with off street parking and evap aircon in all rooms. Kitchen has been renovated as well as the whole house painted, new curtains and new carpets put in. Big outdoor area and the whole house is furnished except for the bedroom available for rent. The room for rent can fit a Queen bed. It's a medium size room and the built in robe is great! The 3rd bedroom I keep as a spare with a pull out couch in it. The place is located between Leederville and Mount Hawthorn on a quiet park so we don’t hear any traffic at all! It’s a 3 bedroom place shared between two people so room for a guest to stay over in the spare room or if you need an office with some extra space. Bus picks up at the end of the street and goes direct to the city $2.20 fare. We have two fenced courtyards too. The unit comes fully furnished, all kitchen appliances, blender, juicer, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, aircon, etc. Your room can easily fit a queen bed, bedside table and has a built-in wardrobe.
The house has an air-conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a cosy front patio, a big private courtyard great for entertaining in the summer, laundry, downstairs toilet, 2 car bays out the front (plus extra street parking nearby), and lots of storage. Both the bedrooms and main bathroom (with bathtub) are located upstairs. The master bedroom features its own AC unit, a walk in wardrobe and enough room for a king bed, cabinets and a desk. It's a great area to live in and gives you access to a ton of shops and restaurants. The house in on a really quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by parks, and is a 10-minute walk down Oxford St into the heart of Leederville. The bus into the CBD is 2 minute walk away or 15 to Leederville Station.
It is my own house and I keep it clean and tidy. I Love to garden and the house has a small backyard with a patio area which is a nice escape on a spring day! My townhouse is one of a group of four in a quiet complex and very conveniently located close to public transport (5min walk to the bus, 15 min walk or 5min drive to the train) and about 2 kms walk to the Mount Hawthorn cafe strip. The bedrooms have evaporative air-conditioning and the downstairs has a reverse cycle unit. I have a google chromecast so easy access to Netflix, Stan etc.
