The bedroom comes with its own private ensuite with toilet and shower, so you don't need to share a bathroom with anyone, but there is a common bathroom elsewhere in the house for any visitors to use. This bedroom ($150 p/wk) doesn't come with a space for your car in the garage, since they're already taken by the other tenants, however there are 2 guest car parks on the premises but they're often occupied by neighbors, in which case you'd have to park on the street or just squeeze in somehow. Or better still, beat the neighbors to the spot. The whole house has reverse cycle air-con and a modern kitchen/dining and lounge area. It's a short distance (5-10 min walk) to the nearest IGA, and it's pretty close to Carousel shopping centre (3 min drive). There's a bus stop right out the front, and another really busy bus stop around the corner (1 min walk) so it's easy to use public transport. The landlord covers some amount of the bills ($20 Gas, $50 Water, $100 Electricity) which except for Electricity is usually half the bill size anyway, but anything over that cap and the renters have to cover it together.
