My house is 170m from the beach, in the nice, little suburb of Carrum. The room has floor length built in wardrobes, you have your own large bathroom, and a car space in the private double lock-up garage. The house has floorboards throughout and reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. Your room has a bed and bedside table, or you can bring your own instead. Available now, the bond is 4 weeks rent ($920) and rent is paid monthly in advance. Bills are water and electricity and will be in addition to the rent. We are a two minute walk to the beach with walking tracks and parks nearby, and located very close to a cafe and popular pizza place too. Sorry, no pets and definitely no smokers.
The house is cosy with a nice backyard and parking in the drive way. There is laundry with a washing machine so you can do your laundry at home! The room does have a bed and a clothes rack but these can be removed. There is shared bathroom but there is plenty of space for storage and a toilet separate so you will never have to wait while someones in the shower. The kitchen is equip with everything. The lounge room has plenty of space for hanging out and studying. Bills are around $100 a month and internet is around $45 Pets are welcome but negotiated upon meeting as I do already have a pet at the property. The area is super nice and most people are friendly. There is a train station close by with a set of shops within a 10 minute walk.
