Great Carrum Downs location that's very close to the shops and just a short drive to the beach. Very clean house with two separate living areas (one of which already has a large TV and couches) so you can socialise a bit or have your own privacy when needed. Your bedroom is clean and open with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully stacked with cutlery, a fridge and dishwasher (coming soon) and is welcome to be used by flat mates as long as respect and care is given. A washing machine is also available. Don't mind if you have friends over or small get togethers from time to time but just some common courtesy and respect among all the flatmates is always a priority. You will share one bathroom with one other flatmate and any friends either of you might invite over. There is one spare garage spot available that will most likely be first come first served every day but no stress as there is PLENTY of street parking. All utilities are split evenly. No pets sorry!
