I live in Northbridge in a two-bedroom first-floor apartment, with beautiful high ceilings, a fire place (converted to a plant place) and a sunroom (decked out with purple and pink velvet armchairs, and more plants). The two bedrooms and the sunroom all have city views and it's only a 10 minute walk to Perth central train station. We have an aircon/heating unit but I don't have a TV (and would prefer to keep it that way, hopefully Netflix on your laptop will suffice?) The complex (of 6) has a communal washing machine/laundry room. We have one car bay and one street parking permit. The apartment is furnished, and the bedroom has a built-in wardrobe so you only need a bed and other small furnishings.
