1st floor secure apartment in Beaufort Street Highgate for medium or long term (preferred) stay.

Please be sociable and not 'cocoon' in the room, at least all the time and be prepared to help out with general cleaning once per week for about an hour.

The room is furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and air conditioning plus your own bathroom (which shares with visitors only). Off-street parking is available.
*** This is a LGBTQ+ friendly home and is very close to Perth CBD, shops, bars and restauants so you dont really need a car. That said, there is off street parking available.
