The bedroom has plush carpets, fitted robes and can easily fit a double bed. The location is pretty cool with supermarkets, cafes, bars, and boutique shops just a short stroll away. The iconic Chapel street and all its attractions just a single tram stop away. Also, Fawkner park is just two tram stops away where you can go to jog or just refresh yourself after a busy day. You can catch route 72 tram from the stop which is just a minute walk away. It takes you straight into the city at Flinders street station within 20 minutes. The flat is currently unfurnished, but I will be furnishing it with all the goods. You'll only need to furnish your own bedroom. The perfect apartment situated in South Yarra only 200 metres from the Hawksburn train station and 5 minutes from Chapel Street. There's a little balcony with lots of natural light coming into the lounge and high ceilings making the apartment feel quite spacious. The heating is fantastic so you won't even know its winter! There are no photos of the bedroom as my current housemate still has a lot in the room, but it's a good size - she has a double bed, bedside tables as well as a built in robe. The room will be available around mid September, but this is negotiable (possibly a little earlier or later if need be).
