Hi All, We have just secured a lease on this fab house in the heart of Prahran, 5 mins from Prahran station and near The College Lawn Pub. We have one spare room available from 28th Jan 2017 at a rate of $260 per week. With this you will not only get to live with two great housemates but you will also have a parking spot in the back, fully secured - big enough for a work van etc. Room has built in robes and a lovely stained glass window. It's not the biggest but it fits a Queen sized bed comfortably. There is currently a bed in the room but if you don't require it I can always sell it. If you had a washing machine, BBQ or a huge TV - thats plus. There is a TV but only a 32" at the moment.... You would be living with me, Charlotte 30 from England but in Australia permanently. Great flat with city views from balcony in one of Melbourne's best areas. Flat is not over looked and is on a quiet tree lined road.
