We love this place! Two storey townhouse situated in the leafy part of Prahran. 2 minutes walk to Chapel St, less than 10 minute walk to both Hawksburn or Prahran stations with two trams going to the city on either side of us too. Featuring reverse living (upstairs kitchen and living space) which opens up to a spacious rooftop terrace which we can't wait to kick back on and have beers and BBQs in the summer! Upstairs also has another room which we use as an office/guest bedroom, but features plenty of additional storage for any overflow from your room. Speaking of your room - there is a queen sized room on offer with plenty of natural light from some big windows. Storage wise there is a walk in enclave as a wardrobe, but plenty of room for another set of drawers (in addition to the extra storage around the house). You have your own spacious bathroom (not an ensuite) with a shower and bathtub. This would also be used by guests if any are over. Other good things - Foxtel with sports package, plenty of off street permit parking, less than 100m to a really good pub and cool cornerstore that pumps out really good coffee and pies. We really love this house and take pride in it as if it were our own, keeping it clean and tidy which hopefully you will be on board with too :)

The bedroom is unfurnished but has BIR, an ensuite and air conditioning. Large open plan lounge / kitchen area with separate washing facilities. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, and a 5 minute walk to chapel street. The apartment is right in the centre of Prahran and Windsor just of Chapel St. It is a two minute walk from restaurants, bars and a tram stop. The supermarket is just down the road and the train station about a five minute walk! The apartment is a large warehouse conversion, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is furnished (including the bedroom) and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need.
I love that the property is close to some great coffee shops and within walking distance of shopping e.g. 10 minutes walk from Chapel Street, the transports links are great also with trams into the city only 5 minute walk away from either end of the street, the local train station is also 5 minutes walk away, it has great parkland very close. The room on offer is very spacious and has a lot of storage including built in wardrobes and chest of drawers, ottoman and bedside table. The property itself has a balcony which overlooks the private car park, there is a large living dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are all separate, I have a three year old cat so potential tenants must love cats.

About the room/apartment: The apartment complex itself is fairly new, so modern appliances etc. I moved in 4 years ago and it was brand new then! There's laundry space in the apartment and I've got a washer and dryer. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. You would have your own room (unfurnished) with built in robes and bathroom - you would have the main bathroom which is huge, plus who doesn't love having their own bathroom?! We have a rather large balcony and access to the amenities within the complex (small gym, rooftop dining and garden). While the room isn't huge, it has a window and enough room for a queen sized bed and bed side tables (as pictured). Lovely big TV already in the apartment with a reclining couch suite to relax on. Bills aren't included in the rent, however NBN internet and Netflix are established 50 each (for both) per month. As far as internet connections go, its pretty decent! The apartment is super close to the Chapel St/High St junction (easy tram access) and about a 7 minute walk to Prahran Station. About me: I work as a nanny when I'm not studying which keeps me pretty busy. Often like to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine and a bit of telly, hopefully you would like to join me! Equally, I enjoy my own space just reading/watching netflix in my room. I also own a small cat who is pretty cruisy, lots of love (though generally only on her terms - typical cat). Lets be real though, my ideal Saturday night rager is seeing how much pizza I can eat while watching a movie. Apart from living with me, which is an experience in its self, the house is very modern and well kept. It is situated dangerously close to hawksburn and chapel st precinct, however the street itself is quiet and hidden away in what i like to think is one of Prahran's more chilled out areas. Whilst the house has an art deco facade it is newly painted with modern amenities, polished wooden floorboards and is fully furnished. The room is a medium size with copious amounts of natural lighting, unfortunately there isn't a cupboard but I would be happy to purchase one for the right tenant. The house has a good feel, filled with music and relaxed energy. Wifi included. It's a home :)

A great house in a quiet little street in Prahran and close to ovals, cafes and corner shops, and a short walk to trams, train line and the Hawksburn Village. The house is an early 1900's semi, with period features and modern extension at rear. The house is kept clean and tidy and with the open plan living, makes for a great cooking and entertaining environment. I love this house as it feels like a home. I moved here 2 years ago from Sydney and I traveled lightly, so there is room some furnishings if you have any. The room advertised in the pic looks small - a bad photo more to the point! There is room for a queen bed, 2 bedside tables a desk and it has built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Best to check it out! There is an outside courtyard which is private, quiet and gets the morning or afternoon sun. The internet I have a current plan with my work, so perhaps we can discuss some options.

This place is in the best location within Prahran! It is in between Chapel, Commercial, Williams and High. You have a train station an 8 minute walk away, a 7 minute walk to Chapel St, Hawkburn Village is 6 minutes away and some of the best authentic Italian restaurants within 3 minutes. You will never run of places to try! There are several parks in the area and the actual street the place is on is very quiet. The house is such a cool place that is very easy to call home!
