I'm easy going, tidy and in my time off, I love walking, all things food and cooking, listening to music and catching up with friends. I have an adorable 1 year old toy poodle called Archie who loves meeting new people. He is house trained and has a dog door to access the outside area. He is a little bit cheeky and loves to chew shoes if he has access to them!

For some reason this website doesn't give you the option to say so which is just a flaw in functionality of the site. But it is legal for the landlord to apply for this term this which they have. I checked it out. There is no set lease period it is just an ongoing month to month arrangement. FREEDOM!
This is a beautiful, large, light-filled apartment in a fantastic area of Prahran. It is three bedroom, and the bedroom on offer is downstairs towards the back of the apartment (away from High Street). The complex has a secure entry, a small gym and a pool. Our apartment is located on the third floor, but you get used to the stairs! The apartment is a three minute walk to Prahran train station and the number 6 tram stops right outside the door. We are also an eight minute walk to Chapel Street which also has the 78 tram which can take you all the way to Richmond. Supermarkets and shops are an 8-10 minute walk away, so it's a perfect location if you don't have a car. The apartment has a large living and dining area, a really good-sized bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is furnished except for the room on offer. The bedroom can fit a Queen size bed, a bedside table and some draws or a bookcase quite comfortably.
