Hey Everyone, Moving out of my great 2 Bedroom Apartment located in St Kilda East / Windsor. Its located between Westbury and Hotham Street on Alma Road, full of beautiful natural light with great views, its close to both the heart of Chapel Street and Carlise Street in Balaclava which both have all the bars, restaurants & cafes with great coffee & brunch that you could ever need. Beautiful Alma Park is about 500m away and it has a heap of public transport options all within a short walk. You can either walk 800m (6 min) walk the Westbury / Dandenong Rd tram stop that has both the 5 & 64 which run down there every 5-8 mintues, they can take to the city along St Kilda Road in 20 or so minutes. If your after a train station you have either Windsor Station (Sandringham line) on Chapel street a 15min walk or walk to the tram stop and then catch the tram 2 stops and then your at Chapel Street and 300m away from the station. This is a 10 mintues train ride to the city and the loop or 5 mintues to Richmond Station. You also have Balaclava station on Carlise Street maybe a little longer of a walk but also has 2 tram lines (3&16) which run along that to the city / St Kilda Beach. Uber is around $13 from the city so super cheap. It has a secure undercover off street parking for your car if you have one, with electronic remote to open the gate. The House - Rent is $215 per week or $934 per month due at the start of the month. Bills are cheap, unlimited Internet $30 per month, fast enoguh to watch Netflix / stream whatever you want ; Elec & Gas is cheap and will be split evenally (maybe $30 each per month). Your bedroom is very big and has a heap of natural light, large enough to fit a easily queens size bed and a desk if you want. No BIR but has a wardrobe / cuboard in the hallway with a rack and enough space for your clothes. Have enough other storage space so will be able to work something out. Bedroom will be UNFURNISHED but the rest of the house is completely furnished with everything you would need from cooking utensils to washer / dryer to large TV in the lounge with couches and everything. Shared bathroom and not super modern but good enough. Kitchen is great with a GAS stove and dishwasher along with all the pots / pans and utensils all there, if you want to bring some stuff that no problem we can work it out.
