We have a big balcony that is great in the summer. This place is a 5 min walk from chapel street with the number 6 Tram stopping directly outside. This tram goes through the city (swanston street) and takes you all the way through Fitzroy. The car park is not available as I am planning on buying a car very soon. However you may be able to obtain a permit to park on the street. Prahran station is also just a 10 minute walk away. You will be a stones throw away from plenty of good bars and restaurants.
