Due to my housemate needing to complete her farm work, the master bedroom will be available in our modern light-filled 2 bed, 1 bath Prahran apartment from the first week of May. My loss is your gain with this amazing apartment. It's in a fab location, walking distance to Chapel St, trams, trains, bars, supermarkets and a cafe right below the building for your brunch fix. There is a modern kitchen, a good sized balcony that looks over High St, modern finishings & a large bathroom with great shower pressure. Heaps of storage space throughout and skylights in the kitchen and bathroom that let natural light in too (which is great for selfies if you're in to that). The place is fully furnished except for your bedroom which has large built in robes and floor length mirrors and plenty of room to fit a queen bed & desk comfortably. Rent is $1256 a month and I am looking for someone to sign on to the lease until October (I've been here 2 years and likely to renew).
