The house is located in Prahran, 3 minutes walk to Chapel St, Coles, Woolworths, and the Prahran Market. 72 trams stops at the doorstep, Hawksburn station is at 8 minutes walk, Prahran and South Yarra station are a bit further. It's a excellent location in a great suburb, 20 minutes from the CBD by tram, train, or bike. The room available is the small one upstairs. It's fully furnished with a Single bed. You have to cross Tory's room (the one with the blue bed sheets) to access to yours (the one with a single bed). You will share with her a bathroom and an big mezzanine room (with a balcony) upstairs. It's huge for 2 people. House is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, Tv, ...) All you need is your suitcase to move-in :) Price is 830$/m. Bond is 415$. ALL the bills are included (electricity + gas + internet + water + netflix + toilet paper + cleaning products...). After 4 years, our housemate is moving out. We have a comfortable room available in a quiet area of Prahran, a 10-minute walk to Chapel Street, a tram stop is a 2-minute walk, and 4 different train stations within a 15 min walk. Whilst the room itself is on the smaller side, it has plenty of space for a queen bed & a few other pieces of furniture. Additionally, the room also comes with a massive built-in wardrobe situated in the hallway outside your door. Our home feels like a home, it's very cosy and we are a pretty chilled house. The house itself has two living areas, big kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets. There is also a decent outside space with a small garden area where we can grow a few veggies etc. We all keep on top of the housework, get household items when they are needed and split bills between 3 when they come in, which is roughly every few months. We also have Wifi which is $20 per month. You will be sharing with Jess & Nic. The photos don't really do the place justice, its a homely house with lots of character. Our house is already furnished, apart from the bedroom, but if you had furniture you would like to bring that is fine too. Moving date can be slightly flexible for the right person.

this is a two bedroom apartment in Prahran, it's pretty much close to everything. There's a tram stop the other side of the road, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to Windsor station, which is a 10 minute train to Flinders Street. It's a 5 minute walk from High Street, which has lots of cafes, and about 10-15 minute walk to Chapel Street (otherwise the tram takes like four minutes). It's near a 7/11, and there's a woolworths like 10 minute walk away too. Looking for someone to fill the other room. It's a decent sized apartment, with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The living room is a good size, and there's a huge courtyard with decking that comes with the apartment. There's a split system airconditioning and intercom in the living room, washing machine, gas-top cooker/electric oven and fridge in kitchen. Built in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and huge windows with panel blinds. The apartment complex is fully fenced and secure. The apartment comes with an undercover offstreet parking spot behind remote electric gates. I get the tram everywhere, so I don't drive or have a car, but I don't mind if you do :) Pictures listed are from real estate. The spare room is unfurnished so can fill it with your own furniture. Beautiful furnished apartment with all amenities close by. Just two blocks to Chapel street on one side and Armadale high street on the other. Tram no. 6 stops right out the front and Toorak station is a 5 minute walk away. Miele kitchen and laundry appliances included. The bedroom is a lovely sunny double with modern en suite with huge shower. We absolutely love calling this place home!
The place itself… is a three-bedroom home with spacious living and dining room areas. The house bodes all the classic qualities with heaps of character, nice wooden floors and high ceilings. We are incredibly lucky to have a courtyard and a generous sized kitchen as well. Both of the (unfurnished) bedrooms are generously sized and easily fit a queen bed + bedside table + other furnishings and have built-in wardrobes with lots of space! There are two on-street parking permits available too! Keeping all common areas nice and tidy is something that we have valued pretty highly in our house – so we would love to find someone who is like-minded in this sense to replace us.

The apparent is 2minutes from public transport and 10 from the chapel st shopping precinct .there is a split cycle air conditioning to keep the house cool or worm the the house usually stays at a pleasant temperature. There is a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating to enjoy all the beautiful weather ahead with BBQ and hammock. The is a gorgeous cat called sparks who lives here so you will have to like cats :) also there is 5goldfish aswell. Wi-Fi is included in the rent and so are all the bills. Rent is to be payed fortnightly :)
Large room with lots of natural light! The room comes unfurnished, there is one small portable wardrobe in the room which you are welcome to use however it I assume a couple will need extra clothing space. The rest of the house comes fully furnished; it has a large kitchen, large lounge/dining room, a separate toilet to bathroom and a decent size backyard. The house is in a great location; it is just off high street and between Toorak station and Chapel street and is about a 10-15 minute walk to both or a 5 minute tram ride. Internet is unlimited and costs $60 per month; all bills are split between housemates equally. We are looking for a couple (open to a single person however rent price will not change) between the ages of 20 – 30, you MUST be clean and considerate, this is our home and we want someone who will treat it with respect. Intersecting Chapel and High st, the house is walking distance from the market, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, clubs and most things that you might find yourself needing. The house has all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, aircon etc. The back garden has various fruit trees, outdoor furniture and a really decent amount of entertaining space. The house really blooms come Spring and Summer. We also have two rabbits, Brioche and Pancake, they free roam around our rather large garden. They’re really chill, but in the pets department they take priority, apologies to pet owners. Public transport options are a plenty with Prahran station, Hawksburn station, the number 6 tram on High st, and the number 72 tram on Malvern rd all within a short walk. If you prefer to drive, we’re also one of the rare houses in this area with a driveway.
