A gorgeous home in an amazing location. The house is fully furnished so all you need are your clothes and personal things! Suits a person or couple who wants to share a lovely home. Has aircon, heating, great shared bathroom with bath, lovely courtyard with bbq and pizza oven. On-street parking. Netflix and a smart tv and surround sound. There are 3 bedrooms and the middle is a spare storage room (used for storage so it is not a spare room) so it is living with just me. The lounge photo is before I moved furniture in just to show you the size. House is huge. Prahran just off High St tram and not far to Armadale Station. Depending on length of time requested to stay, I am open to negotiation on bills and rent, length of stay and negotiable whether this is a single person or a couple. A very quiet street (no through road) and very friendly area. Fabulous coffee shops a quick walk near by and great pubs and restaurants around the corner. Negotiable on move in date - rent listed is for one person.

About the flatmates
I’m 45 (a young and fun 45!) and work full time (in the office). I also often travel for work at least every month. I have a beautiful home in a great spot, I am clean and tidy and I like to keep the house a home. I can be social but when I am home I do also like some downtime. I am active and enjoy company but also love a night on the couch. You will often have the house to yourself. I've now had a few flat mates on and off in the house - and it is always a lovely addition - and so far I've only had great reviews that the place is really so lovely to live in.
