This place is in the best location within Prahran! It is in between Chapel, Commercial, Williams and High. You have a train station an 8 minute walk away, a 7 minute walk to Chapel St, Hawkburn Village is 6 minutes away and some of the best authentic Italian restaurants within 3 minutes. All of this in front of a genuine fireplace to warm the Melbourne cold winter nights. The bathroom has been recently renovated in the past few years, providing ample space and a bright place to go in the morning. The kitchen come fully equipped, with an oven, gas stove (suitable for wok frying), fridge, microwave and other usual appliances. The bedroom has very large built-in-robes and is at the back of the house away from the street. It has plenty of space for a queen sized or double bed. It provides natural light, whilst at the same time the ability to be very dark in the evening for a good night's sleep. Bills are all included in the price, which means that electricity, gas, water, Netflix, broadband internet and cleaning every fortnight by a cleaner are all covered.
