Apart from living with me, which is an experience in its self, the house is very modern and well kept. It is situated dangerously close to hawksburn and chapel st precinct, however the street itself is quiet and hidden away in what i like to think is one of Prahran's more chilled out areas. Whilst the house has an art deco facade it is newly painted with modern amenities, polished wooden floorboards and is fully furnished. The room is a medium size with copious amounts of natural lighting, unfortunately there isn't a cupboard but I would be happy to purchase one for the right tenant.
