We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks, however we still want someone who's lived in share houses before and keeps living spaces clean and tidy etc in the interim. The nearest coles is a 5 min walk (Malvern Rd). The tram is a 2 minute walk (Malvern Rd or High St). Nearest train station is an 8 minute walk (Toorak Station and Hawksburn Station). Chapel Street is a 10 min walk. There are heaps of pubs and cafes near by. There is always plenty to do! This place really feels like home for us, which we want to share.
The best part about living here is getting to see me and Jamal everyday obviously (haha). We have a beautiful home which we keep very clean and tidy, we are literally almost a stones throw from chapel st, but tucked away behind a small park which acts as a great buffer from all the activity. We have lived here for a year and have had absolutely zero issues with the property, it’s comfortable and bright and we have excellent heating in the winter/yet to need the cooling. We have a giant kitchen with gas cooking and a beautiful large courtyard out the back. The supermarket is a 2 minute walk from our front door and Prahran station a 2 minute walk the opposite direction (1.5 minutes if you leave it a little late and have to run) and the markets are at the end of the street. The bedroom it’s large and has built in storage. If youre like me and appreciate things like beautiful hard timber floors/high ceilings and original features then you’ll like it here! We’re definitely looking for someone who is chill and friendly but who respects our home like we do. We are really considerate of shared spaces and expect things to be kept clean (if you’re a do the dishes once a week and take out the rubbish once a month kinda gal you’re probably not right for us!) Hey all, my housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend and therefore her room is now available. It is a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite and small outdoor balcony. The bedroom is unfurnished however the rest of the house is pretty well set. She is taking the couches and the TV but I will likely buy some very shortly unless you have a set that would fit in with the house. The apartment is quite large and awesome for entertaining guests. We have a big balcony that is great in the summer. This place is a 5 min walk from chapel street with the number 6 Tram stopping directly outside. This tram goes through the city (swanston street) and takes you all the way through Fitzroy. The car park is not available as I am planning on buying a car very soon. However you may be able to obtain a permit to park on the street. Prahran station is also just a 10 minute walk away. You will be a stones throw away from plenty of good bars and restaurants.

It is a fabulous 2 bedroom plus study stand alone Edwardian house with large living areas, outdoor courtyard and off street parking. You would have your own large private bedroom 3.1m x 3.7m with furnished with queen bed, side tables and chest of drawers as pictured. You would also naturally have full use of the rest of the place with me including a separate study / sunroom and generous kitchen, living and dining areas. There is also a front garden area and smaller back courtyard. It is a large place so if you have your own furniture that should be no trouble to add some of it. Just let me know. The house is in a great area 2 mins walk from Hawksburn Station and only 10 minutes commute to the CBD door to door. It is also 5 minutes walk to Chapel St, Jam Factory Cinemas, Prahran Markets and Hawksburn village. It offers a fabulous lifestyle right at your doorstep but is still in a lovely quiet backstreet with plenty of parking for friends to visit. The flat is new, has a modern kitchen and a large balcony with a view onto the tries. It is very centrally located (4 mins to the train station, 2 mins to the tram). The place is secure, central and quiet - South Yarra is anyway great. The flat has good windows and is therefore never cold. There is a heater/air con in every room. and a new parquet in the living room. The flat is easily accessible via the lift and parking is just in front of the house. I just moved in, some of the furniture e.g. the couch is being moved next weekend.
