There is a small gym, and patio too!
Tram No.6 and 78 is right in front of the house, and it's about 7-8mins walk to Prahran station.
There is a 7/11 right at where the tram stop is, LOTS of cafes and restaurants just 3 mins walk to Chapel/High St.
Coles/Woolies/Chemist Warehouse are about 10mins walk!
You will have an UNFURNISHED PRIVATE ROOM for yourself, with a big closet :)
In the living room, there is a small desk already installed/connected to the wall, and AC/heater.

Hi I'm Maiko from Tokyo, Japan and I've been living in Melbourne since Nov 2022.
I'm looking for a female housemate for my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment.
I'm a 33 year old Japanese girl but I was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain for 10 years, and after high school I went back to Tokyo, and was working as a Student Recruiter.
I'm fluent in English and can speak a bit of Spanish and Korean too.
I just finished my masters degree(MBA) and working as an Office Administrator in the city.
I work 11am-7pm for now, so I will be out during weekdays, and on weekends it depends but I either rest at home, or go out to see my friends or just by myself.
I'm very organized, clean, also into a very healthy diet (gluten-free, caffeine-free as possible).
No smoking/drugs/rarely drink kinda person.
I take off my shoes inside my house too!!!lol
I've also shared a flat in my uni days when I went to study abroad in the U.S.
Looking for a FEMALE roommate who is:
-has similar lifestyles (studying or working)
-clean and organized as possible, has manners/common sense, and can respect each other's time and space.
-can communicate properly about important matters (house rules, finances, our schedules if necessary, first process of lease transfer/preparing necessary documents etc.)
-doesn't party at home, smoke or do drugs
-can take off shoes in the house
-can live AT LEAST 12 months (or more is great!)
-will properly pay the rent/bond ON TIME
My current roommate will be moving out around 24/01/2026.
