Hi there !!! This apartment is in a great location! You will definitely love it !! It has Woolworths and Aldi so close, it will probably take you two minutes to get to them. It also has a gym right next to the entrance door of the building but it not include with in the apartment facilities. Public Transport is so handy, the tram stop is right at the door ( 86 tram), the train is about 5 minutes walk (Thrombury station) and busses are near by if you want to go to any shopping center (Northland). About the Room, it has its own bathroom and has a queen bed as well. It has been look after so well that you will think is new. We are currently looking for someone that works or study full time, that is very clean and responsible.
We love our Preston home. It's on a quiet street, across the road from a park, a stone's throw from the supermarket/amazing local bars/cafes (we'll recommend a few!), and boasts a great little backyard. For anyone who has more time than we do, there's a large veggie patch/garden bed waiting to be nurtured, but for the citrus lovers we do currently have an orange, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit tree :)

Hi there!! I have a room available (come August) in a cute little house in Preston, and am looking for a new housemate. Not only is this house close to public transport (having the no.11 tram at the end of the street, and the no. 1 tram, Preston Station, and Regent Station within a 20 min walk), it's in a safe and beautiful area, has great cafes nearby, a supermarket and a gym in walking distance, is surrounded by parklands including the nearby Merri Creek walking/bike track, the Preston Food Truck Park nearby, and also the house itself is an absolute gem. I'll own that it may look a bit like your nonna's place, but it is cozy (2 bedroom), has a large backyard (same size as the house, it's rad), hardwood floors, one and a half bathrooms, and both a seperate laundry and garage, and I would love for someone to help me bring some life into the place. The room on offer is medium size (unfurnished, although I have incl. pics furished and without so you can get an idea of the size), and would suit someone who loves animals and a good chat, is low-key, clean and considerate, and who enjoys good food and good music. Some of the furniture in the house will be leaving with my current roommate so there is the opportunity for you to bring your own furniture if you have it, I'll have the basics though (fridge, washing machine, table, couch, tv). Though this isn't a party house I do love having friends over and would be happy to have the occasional event at the house. Also if you have a green thumb the backyard does have a veggie garden but it is mostly overgrown at the moment and would need some loving care to reinvigorate it - would definitely pitch in if someone with the motivation was keen!
