Which again I am happy for you to use as long as it's used respectfully. Your bedroom is a 3x3m with a built in wardrobe. Unfortunately it does not have a window so the door is glazed glass. I am happy for you to put posters over the back of the door to maximise your privacy (You can't see through the door anyway.) My girls go to their dad's house 2-3 nights per week so I enjoy some time to myself too. So sometimes the house is bustling with their energy and other times it is quiet. I find it an ideal balance. In my spare time I like to go to yoga, brunch with friends, bike riding with my girls, salsa dancing and I love going to the movies. We're close to trams 1 (Melbourne Uni RMIT in 20 minutes) and 11 (Brunswick Street, City and St Kilda ) and the Train is close by also. We are approximately 30 minutes by public transport to Latrobe Uni. Just a short walk up the road is a milkbar, and also within 10 minutes walking distance is a bakery, supermarket, chemist , doctors and several fantastic cafes. We are surrounded by parklands. The Merri Creek bike trail is just down the road if you have a bike. The room is fully furnished with built in robes,and would ideally suit an honest, independant student looking for comfort, and quiet. It has a beautiful sunset view. I've been told the room is above standard. We have wifi and bills are to be shared. We are very easy going and friendly , and would enjoy getting together for a meal once a week. . We eat meat. We have shared with many international students and have made many friends this way. I am a single mother with a young daughter so parties are definitely NOT OK. House cleaning is to be strictly shared and done on a weekly basis. Our house is a happy one, and we have a cat, and guinea pigs. There is lots of laughter and chatter but also peace. House is furnished though there is room formore furniture if you have it - I have couch, TV, fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine It's a very comfortable house, with ducted heating which is really good in winter, house stays cool in summer. I have a cat who is a bit too old to get used to any other pets so no pets, sorry. Also she is asthmatic so no smokers either.
