It's an odd old house, with a decent sized loungeroom, dining room/library/parlour, fully-fitted kitchen and HUGE backyard. Please note: There is only one bedroom going, but you have a choice. The small(er) bedroom ($185/wk) was previously used as a study. It's still a lovely room, it's right next to the bathroom and has a window. The larger bedroom ($208/wk) has a window wrapping the corner of the room. It has an Australiana/art deco ceiling rose, if that's something you're into. Couples applying, the larger bedroom would be recommended ($228/wk). Bills (Power shop for gas & electricity) will be split evenly. There's no air-con and only a heater in the loungeroom, but it works pretty well. There's a number of fans we use to cool the house in summer. Smokers are fine, please not inside. He'll probably stay for a few days each week, sometimes longer. He's a 3 yr old kelpie cross that loves to run at the park, not play fetch "properly" and learn new tricks. But at the end of the day, when the sun is down and the dust has settled he just wants to laze on the couch and receive pats. He's great with other dogs and is a fantastic dog-sitter, also.
