The unit is super only a 900m walk from the 86 tram, and bus routes 903 and 527 are at our door step! The house is reverse style living, meaning both bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, and the main living/dining area is upstairs. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have generous BIRs. We have access to a private sunny balcony, and a small, grassy courtyard. There’s A/C units up and downstairs to keep us from melting during the summer time. Our bathroom has seperate bath and shower, and external toilet and laundry. There’s an additional powder room upstairs. We have a single car garage, which I would hope is roomie enough to double as a small workshop. But if you don’t have a car, then it’s extra storage space!
We are tucked in near Northland (supermarkets! delis! cinemas! PT to everywhere!) - close enough that it's a two minute walk but far enough that you can't actually really see it. We're also a 10 minute walk to the 86 and there's heaps of free parking on our street. The street/house are super nice and cosy - we've got a decent front and huuuge back garden with vege/flower patches welcome to anyone with a green thumb.
