Big modern house with lots of space. Has good ducted aircon and gas heater. Very large kitchen/dining area with plenty of space for extra furniture or anything else if needed. We usually keep the area pretty empty because we don't have anything to fill it with. Washing line outside. 4 parking spaces in total (2 in driveway, 2 in garage), we have 2 cars, happy to share garage space. One of the other good aspects of the house is that the bedrooms are pretty large and carpeted, all with built in wardrobes. House has nbn for internet, average speed is around 70 mb/s which has been really good for us. The house is a duplex and this is the back house. Quite a few neighbours closeby but have never had any issues with them before, they are all friendly people. Really the only downside to the house is that our backyard isn't very big, there's a small undercover area and small grass area. Still has room for a 8-seater, BBQ and fridge so it works good enough
