The house is relatively new, being about 10 years old, and is well insulated. The property is at the base of Red Hill, which has lots a great walking tracks and a cafe on the top with great views over lake Burley Griffin. Red Hill is arguably one of the best suburbs in Canberra. It is located centrally in the inner-South region, has a lot of the diplomatic residences and Missions (Embassies and High Commissions) and, due to the extra policing, a very low crime rates. Also, Red Hill is close to the bar and restaurants located in Kingston, Kingston Foreshore, Manuka, Griffith, Civic and Braddon. There is a bus that runs directly to Civic via Kingston, Manuka and Braddon one way and directly to Woden the other way.

The complex has 6 visitors car spots and there is on street parking available outside of work hours.
This flat comes with sorts of advantages. For location, this flat is very close to Canberra centre. It takes only 2-3 mins to get to Canberra centre on foot. Moreover, there are so many restaurants in this area including local restaurants and Chinese restaurants, and Korean restaurants, etc. It is also convenient for ANU students to commute from this flat to ANU by walking for 10 mins. For safety and ambience, the neighbors of this neighborhood are friendly and nice. In addition, there are few noises during night. Therefore, the residents are seldom bothered and disturbed. As for furniture, some furniture are provided, including washing machine, heater, blanket, microwave oven, fridge, hot water kettle, other appliances, etc. By the way, there is a swimming pool for the residents
Very spacious, two lounge rooms, every room has its own bathroom. Kitchen has all the facilities. A few minutes drive to Kingston, Manuka and Woden. 18 minutes away from the Canberra city. Oh and the view is amazing! Available on the 23rd of August.
This is a unique property, spacious yet homely. Modernised for comfortable living, yet retains the luxury of its past life as an Embassy, with crystal chandeliers and marble staircase. All bedrooms are lockable for privacy and safety and have been furnished with beds, tables and reading lamps. Some have their own televisions, though there is an upstairs communal entertainment room where guests can watch television or one of the many DVD movies or tv series in our library. The kitchen and other common areas provide all facilities for a home away from home experience for people coming to Canberra to work. Everything is provided - you only pay one weekly fee which covers all bills, wifi, use of linen and home cooked evening meals. If you enjoy nature there are walking trails close by or you can check out the kangaroos at close range when they visit the property of an evening. A unique and special place to call home while you become established in Canberra.
