This older style flat is an affordable option to consider if you are looking for something in the Kingston/Manuka area. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes to try out if you are new to Canberra. Public transport to Civic and even the train station is nearby. The room is medium-sized so a queen bed will fit in nicely and there is plenty of clothes storage in the inbuilt wardrobe. The house is pretty amazing, it feels like it's come off a set of Mad Men, it's a stupidly cool place to live. The house is fully furnished, has cork floors throughout, floor to ceiling windows around the whole back of the house that opens onto an entertaining deck and backyard, the house is filled with light and has beautiful timber panelling throughout. All bedrooms are all queen size, the bedroom has a bed and built in wardrobe, there is one room available it is the only room at this end of the house near loungeroom, it has a built-in cupboard with shelves and a cupboard outside room for hanging clothes also available, it overlooks back deck and the backyard. A light and sunny townhouse in a great location. We're on quiet leafy street just a short walk to the Kingston foreshore and shops, with plenty of cafes around the area. The house is 4 bedrooms - with 2 bathrooms and a powder room attached to the laundry. We have all the usuals that you'd expect in 2018 - dishwasher, aircon, NBN, washing machine and a fiddle leaf fig, so it's nice and homey. Although, the place came with 90s blue couches, but they're actually pretty comfy. Luckily, there's plenty of on-street parking, and the building has visitors spots which are usually free. We have courtyards at both the front and the back of the house, so plenty of spots for outdoor dinners and bbqs or just afternoon lazing with a vino. Lastly, we have HEAPS of storage space. We've got a garage, 2 linen closets, as well as storage up in the attic.

This is a great apartment with a big open-plan living/dining/ktichen. We have reverse cycle air conditioning but don't need to use it much. We're only a block from old Kingston shops and a couple of blocks from the foreshore or Manuka. The rooms fit a queen bed and have built-in wardrobes. I own most of the furniture/appliances, but my housemate is taking the fridge/TV, so if you can bring those with you it would be much appreciated!
