I am looking for a quiet student or busy professional to take over the master bedroom of this apartment (sorry - no couples please). The apartment is in a quiet, well-maintained complex 5 mins walk from Lane Cove shops and transport interchange. From the interchange, it is 10mins to the city by express bus, 25mins walk to Artarmon station, 10mins by bus to Chatswood or St Leonards stations. There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment complex that will take you to Macquarie Park or the University in about 40mins. The apartment is set back off the main road so road noise is not a problem. I work full-time 9-5 as an editor and spend some week nights and most weekends out and about socialising/exercising. I am respectful of privacy and belongings and would like to share with someone similar. I sometimes have friends over for dinner but do not have parties. I am friendly and don't mind sharing the odd chat or watching TV together. I expect flatmates to keep the kitchen/bathroom/living area tidy, but I do all the general maintenance cleaning once a fortnight (vacuuming/mopping/bathroom). Lane Cove is a nice place to live! Bright room with built in wardrobe in spacious modern house. We are looking for a laid back person in their 20s or 30s to join us in the this, spacious and modern house in Lane Cove. The room itself is unfurnished, and you have pretty much exclusive your own bathroom /shower as its the only bedroom downstairs (2 more upstairs). We have plenty of furniture in the house, dining table, BBQ, kitchen stuff. . Currently it's Will (34) and Shaun (31) in the house. We have a dog Sugar and Will does a bit of petsitting so you have to at least tolerate pups. If you love them, even better! We are pretty laid back and pretty decent at keeping things clean. It would be nice to get someone who would chip in without being asked occasionally. We also share a meal now and then. We have a spacious stainless steel kitchen, big deck and backyard with patio and fire pit. Solar panels keep the electricity bills down and solar/gas boosted hot water, unlimited cable ($15 a month if you want in). Bills (electricity/gas) are not included, but they are pretty good, especially in summer because of the solar panels. We would probably prefer a female to keep it all in balance.

We are five minutes walk from lane cove bus interchange which has a 10min express to Wynyard station and direct buses to Macquarie Park (20mins). 8min walk to lane cove village which has a very nice relaxed feel with great food options. There is a massive deck come outdoor entertaining area which has amazing city views and is brilliant for watching those summer storms roll in. There is one undercover park the rest is on-street however, I have never had an issue parking my large 4WD on the street. The house is older style which means high ceilings and large sized rooms.
