We are a working professional couple looking to rent out our main bedroom with private ensuite in our waterfront apartment. We are quiet and particularly tidy, priding ourselves on keeping our apartment clean.
We work a lot and don’t go out much, enjoy a night in and cooking dinner and socialising with friends.
My partner is in the beauty industry and uses the spare bedroom as a home beauty studio. We are open to another beauty industry professional to join us and use the spare bedroom as a work from home studio as well. Unique opportunity to earn money from home without renting out a seperate space somewhere else.
