Spacious and modern apartment in an excellent location. Only a 5 minute walk to Rushcutters Bay Park (great for a walk/run or just a relax in the sun), Kings Cross station, and an easy 20 (ish) minute walk to the CBD. Other things within minutes include your choice of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, gyms, post office and the lovely Saturday morning markets which set up only 2 minutes up the road! The apartment itself is quite modern, with up to date appliances (oven, induction cooktop, kettle, microwave, etc.). There is also a washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry. Floor-boarded throughout the entire place (other than bathrooms), all rooms also have built in wardrobes, and open out onto the large, sunny balcony. No parking available unfortunately, but with the location, a car is hardly needed. The room is unfurnished (everything in the photos will be there except the bedrooms will be cleared out), but the rest of the place is filled with my furniture already so no worries there! Hi there! I have a room available in a lovely art deco apartment close to Potts Point and only 5 mins walk down to the water at Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The place is small but has a nice big living area opening onto a cute balcony with neighbourhood views and heaps of natural light. There's also a big shared garden that gives us a leafy outlook from one side of the apartment. The room for rent is on the corner of the apartment with big windows on two sides. It's pretty small but still fits a double bed, wardrobe and dresser easily enough. The place was painted and carpeted before I moved in 6 months ago and has nice high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty compact and vintage (ok so they're small and old) but in good condition with everything you need. Dimensions are in the photos. Disclaimer: no laundry in the building - I do mine around the corner, I thought it would be an issue but it's so close it's no big deal.
