About the property
The goal of the house is to have a great atmosphere amongst the housemates where everyone is friends and hangs out daily in the living room and does things socially together outside of the house. It’s important that the new housemates also prefer to be social rather than being a hermit always locking themselves in their bedroom.
House/kitchen/room are fully furnished including sheets, pillows, towels and everything. (it used to be an airbnb).
Three bedroom house (BR1, BR2, BR3).
Desks in every room (added after photos were taken).

*Electricity in winter is included up to the average amount used for the Autumn. This is so people don't run a heater like crazy. There was no additional amount needed last year, but the year before the person kept the house at 28 degrees even when they weren't home.
No couples
Very clean, fully furnished, and amazing location.
Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a huge built-in wardrobe, Queen bed, and desk.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with 50cm of storage space under it. Desk. Single Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a two single loft beds but the second bed is only for storage (so you have a lot of storage). It also has a small wardrobe, desk, and mini couch. It's a compact but very efficient room.
This house is the absolute best location in all of Sydney, on a quiet street in the heart of Surry Hills, Sydney's trendiest and most conveniently located suburb.

-3 blocks from Hyde Park and the city

No couples, one person per room and 3 bedrooms in the house.

So you NEED TO BE ABLE to easily HOLD A CONVERSATION and like being social rather than super quiet and introverted.
If you want to lock yourself in your room for most of the time you're at home, you're not the person we're looking for.
It's a 3 bedroom house and there will be one person per room. Price is for one room, including bills.
