This flat is newly renovated, high ceilings with beautiful detailing! There are three other flats in the building (including this one makes 4) everyone is super friendly and always up for a chat! It's quiet large so for 2 people you always have space to escape. It's a very cool house with fans in every room so on a summers day it's the best place to be. It has a shared backyard which is quiet large and only a quick stroll down to the water. It also has a separate lounge, dining, laundry, sun room and cute little kitchen! The bus stop is right outside this property and takes only 10-15 mins to the city! Just a 5 minute walk to Coles Five Dock and the many other Deli's and shops on Great North Road means you're never far from what you need and there's no stress. It's awesome living so close to Five Dock park which is massive and the Canada Bay "Bay Walk". Buses run regularly from the end of the road to the city and elsewhere. There's heaps of on street parking and I rarely don't get a park directly out the front. Only takes about 40mins on the bus to get to USYD or about 50 to the city in peak.
