Drummoyne is a beautiful place to stay! Living here brings you closer to restaurants, the shops, bus stops, and the well-known bay run. Everything is super accessible even if you're a commuter like me. The unit itself is one of 8, and is on the ground floor. My flatmate owns the common room furniture which already have buyers, so furnishing the common area is/will be a work in progress for me/us! Your room will be unfurnished except for built in drawers + shelves. It is reasonably sized, at approx 2.4 x 3.5 metres. Please note that the bed in the photos is a full KING sized bed, so it makes the room look a bit cozier. $255 weekly inclusive of all bills, $240 if you want to split bills :) Shared laundry area and clothes line. First off, whoever is looking to take this room must be willing to sign onto the lease. The lease is currently set to end on the 29th of January and can be renewed from then, or if you'd prefer the landlord would be happy to write up a new 12 month lease now. The landlord and property manager are probably the nicest I've ever met, and are extremely prompt with repairs (work orders sent within the day). The house is very spacious, in a really nice neighbourhood within walking distance to a ton of amazing restaurants and cafes. It was recently repainted and floors polished so everything is also looking quite nice. The house features a large kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove-top. The living room has a ton of natural light coming in, an air-conditioning unit and a gas fireplace. There is also a spare room out back with a washing machine (but no dryer). The backyard is huge, with a nice courtyard area perfect for BBQs, and another nice grassy section with some trees. The room itself is huge (4.5m by 3.5m) with gigantic built-in wardrobes, an AC unit and wooden floorboards. Happy to leave my double bed in the room if desired. Move in date is very flexible, I don't really have a set date that I've got to move out by so I'll be keeping this ad up until I've found someone.

Birkenhead Point is an easy 10minute walk along the water which has coles，liquorland as well many other outlet stores. The bus stops are a 10 minute walk and only take 15minutes into the city. The apartment has lots of character with wooden parquetry floors，high ceilings and a combined shower and bath to soak in after a long day as well as a balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset and hand feed the lorikeets.

Our street is pretty quiet and far from airplane traffic. Bus stop is in front of our house, to city it will take you 30 min.
