I am a single lady originally from Ireland, into health, exercise, swimming, yoga, bush walking. Socially I enjoy going out for dinner, movies and shows. I am fairly easy going but like to keep the house clean and tidy so looking for the right person to share with. Ideally a considerate, responsible, easy going person. who is good company and enjoys a laugh. Someone, who knows how to live with other people and respectful of the house and furnishings. I don't cook every day but do make a great Dhal and Orange Almond Cake so happy to share some meals and good company and explore at times all the beautiful south coast has to offer. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, currently has a queen mattress and chair and fitted wardrobe. Which can be removed or added to. I have an ensuite so hardly use the second Bathroom, with shower and bath and separate toilet. It has a lounge and bedroom combined with a separate bathroom and combined laundry, there is also a food preparation area with a sink. An undercover area with outdoor furniture to sit out under on our many sunny mornings. Also for your use there is a shared clothes line and grassed area which will also be used by us and our very friendly Toy Poodle. All of the furniture is very good quality and well looked after such as a Queen size timber bedroom suite with a good quality latex mattress with two bedside drawers, lamps and a tall boy. Also a heater and dehumidifier. Fully tiled throughout with floor rug. We are approximately 1.3 klms walk to the Beach, close to Local Shops, Medical Center, Pharmacy, Petrol Station, Clubs and Gyms. Our street is the first one in Bellambi and an easy paved walk to the station at the end of the street for a train to the City or Wollongong. Easy access to Memorial Drive which takes approx 10 mins to Wollongong and then just up the road to the University. There is plenty of on street parking. Go for a lovely drive along the coast road and experience the Sea Cliff Bridge up to Stanwell Tops and watch the hang gliders. Or travel south to beautiful Shellharbour for the day, the places to visit are unlimited in the beautiful Illawarra. About us and our expectations. We are hard working, friendly & helpful people but are private and respectful. . We are extremely clean and house proud and value our home and furnishings. We are looking for someone of the same mindset. It would be expected that the Tenant keep the Studio and their enclosed outdoor area in a very clean and orderly manner at all times, with regular cleaning of the shower, toilet, vanity, floors, furniture, benches,sink and outdoor flooring and furniture. This is a non smoking property. And definitely no pets. There is no parking in our driveway at anytime. A good sized room, with bed, cupboards, bookshelf and large study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the cupboard - so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. Am happy to remove the bookshelf and desk if not required. The room has french doors onto the front veranda. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk.
