Ideally located just off King St, this terrace is the perfect house for young professionals who want to be a stones throw from everything. With bars and cafes at your doorstep, Erskineville and Enmore in either direction, and 5 minutes from Newtown and Erskineville train stations - you wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The available room is the master bedroom, which has its own spacious balcony, is large enough to fit heaps of furniture and a queen/king sized bed, has a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. You'll be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other housemate. The room is unfurnished, but the house is mostly furnished but is accommodating if you have anything you'd like to bring with you - but we have all the essentials: fridge, couch, dining table and chairs etc. We are looking for someone/a couple to sub-let our room, at least until the lease is up in March. Equal distance to both Erskinville and Newtown train stations, close to restaurants/cafes, pubs/bars, cinema and a small Woolworths on the same street. The townhouse has a small backyard, the 2 bedrooms are on different levels so very private. The available bedroom is unfurnished and there is no aircon. Internet is available. We have an unfurnished room available in a two-bedroom, two-storey apartment with private on street access. The home is conveniently located near erskineville shops and a short walk to multiple inner west train stations; Erskineville (3 minutes), Newtown (10 minutes), Macdonaldtown (7 minutes) and St. Peter's (10 minutes). The lower level has two bedrooms and the main bathroom whilst the upper level has a smaller bathroom, kitchen, living area and a balcony that are fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances. The available bedroom is not featured as my current roommate is on holidays until the 22nd, a photo will be made available then. If you wish to see it earlier we are more than happy to arrange for you to inspect it! The living area does not have a TV and we wish to keep it this way, this is practically our only rule.
A new home for the new year - and freshly painted in a neutral, on-trend, grey and white colour scheme! Did we mention the house has ducted air conditioning - major perk in summer! There is a Go-Get car share at the end of the street and the nearest supermarket is at Wolli Creek - either two stops on the train or a $10 Uber. It is also ideally located and close to transport, only a two minute walk to Sydenham station, from which Central Station is 12 minutes minues away. The M30 bus goes past Marrickville cafe scene, Enmore Theatre, Newtown and Sydney Uni, into the city and across the bridge to the lower north shore. There is also the 418 bus that goes into Kingsford and past UNSW. There is free parking via a permit issued from Marrickville Council.
I'm only just moving in myself, however it's close to plenty of bars, cafe's and gig venues so I'm set. Close to a dog park aswell. I'll have the internet, foxtel (mostly for sports though). Rest is to be winged on the way. Whilst it is listed at $350 I'm open to a mutual agreement if you have an idea. Cheers
