About the property
Free accommodation is available in St Peters in exchange for the carrying out of certain tasks, which mainly consist of preparing meals, and keeping the premises reasonably tidy. This should take about 10 hours a week.

Among other things, the location provides convenient transport to the Sydney CBD, universities, hospitals, etc., and there is no reason why work/study can’t continue as normal.
The neighborhood has a small shopping complex, as well as Marrickville Metro Shopping Centre.
At times providing some assistance to a person with mobility issues, will be required. However, nothing of a medical nature is involved.
Would suit a student and/or someone working part-time, who wants a 6 months stay.
Initially a 3 months Home Sharing Agreement will be entered into, and then extended if all parties agree.
A police check, and character/employment references will be required.
