It’s been a long time coming and a lot of work to build the house so it’s nice to finally enjoy the finished product and there’s a lot of space to share. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the house and overlook the large backyard. Both rooms offer a sizeable living space and large enough to fit a King bed comfortably. Both rooms come with separate build in hanging space which allow for great space either side of the bed. Windows will be equip with Aluminium fly screens and Venetian blinds. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and catch the summer breezes along with partial morning sunlight. I'm a bit jealous of this as the master room is located at the front of the house. 5-10 min to bus/rail (Ferny Grove Stn); 5-15 min to supermarkets and convenient stores; Netflix; Spotify; Xbox; front and back yard space with turf and colourful plants (currently under construction by the estate). Air con in the enclosed media room, study with desk, fully equip kitchen and butler’s pantry, two lounge rooms and dad joke central. Eatons Hill Share House Hello Readers, We are a young couple in our early 20s who have just purchased a large 8 room investment home in Eatons Hill. I have available two rooms upstairs and two rooms down. Each room will have there own security digital lock. There is a large common room with a entertainment area and gym which will be available to all tenants. There is a giant pool currently being constructed and will be ready for summer. There are 3 bathrooms situated in the house and i will pair off two of the rooms to each one. We are currently residing at the property and Jacob is around on a daily bacis conducting renovations. As this property is positioned on acerage there are many animals already here so i cannot accept anymore. As we are in our early 20s we have no worries what so ever with tenants having the occasional piss up aslong as we are issued with notice to make the other tenants aware. We are extremely easy going and love the afternoon beers and will always remain that way aslong as we are treated with respect and honesty. The common room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi will be made available. We have two undercover car parks which will go to the first two tenants to move in deeming they have a vehicle to take its place. For those who are worried about public transport being more than walking distance away Jacob is usually more than happy to shout lifts to and from the train station. All bills and laundry supplies are included in the weekly rental amount and we will require two weeks upfront. Rooms can either come furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. We are looking for friendly easy going people and will be selective to ensure all our tenants are comfortable whether they want to socialise or be left alone. Im Joel im 30 i have a room for rent with full use of the rest of the house Its a dual living house i rent one side of the house and am renting 1 room in that side. The 2 sides are devided by a double garage so you cannot hear a thing from next door and there is no neighbour on the other side. Its a nice tidy modern house with a new bathroom, and a large deck with a bbq looking over a creek with no neighbours on 1 side. The house has foxtel, unlimited wifi, and AC in the main lounge room.
