Great area, close to beach shops and transport. Ducted ac and heat tv point in all bedrooms along with 2 x tv areas. Bigger than normal bedrooms all with double wardrobes built in and 2 x fridges run to cater for all housemates. Sit outside in the evenings with a cool drink and you can hear the surf breaking on the shore. Social people with a good sense of humour would be well suited.
This property is great because its 500mtrs from the most amazing beach in Australia. Its across the road from a park with bbqs and a beach lookout where you can sit and watch sunsets. Its close to the ever expanding Secret Harbours supermarkets, McDonalds, Cafes, gym & shops. Its quiet and safe in a friendly neighbourhood. Your room includes the 3rd spare room too which is empty, you can use this for storage if needed. The room has a queen bed in it if needed and a built in robe with a shelf on top. There is aircon in the house, but a fan in your room too. You will have your own bathroom and own toilet, basically the whole end of house, except we will share the laundry. The kitchen is small- ish but fine for just 2 people, Im open to getting foxtel, etc There are no real house rules I guess, I dont mind messy bedrooms, but just keep the common areas clean. I best mention I do have a dog, I am open to pets here, but I guess you would need to like dogs.

Very quiet street for those who like to come home to peace. Both my girl and I live quietly, no blaring TV's on all the time. Though I do practice piano some evenings, apologies in advance. We tend to sprawl on beanbags rather than couches, so you may need to have good knees 😁. We prioritise a good sense of humour and finding win-wins here.

5 min drive to the train station 30 second drive to the freeway and also very close the baldivis shopping centre there is plenty of side access and driveway space for cars a big shed for storage plus 1 garage spot available. I have NBN internet and the possibility of foxtel if a flatmate wanted to chip in half as its already hooked up just need to reconnect. Its a good sized house with decent sized rooms with built in wardrobes i also have a spare room i use as storage.

I bought his house a few years ago in a quiet estate. I am the only person living there with my dog, who is very friendly and I'm looking to rent out a few rooms to help me out. It's a big 4 bedroom 2 bathroom modern furnished home, few mins away from the beach and only a short drive from Mandurah town centre. Decent sized private bedroom, but will have to share guest bathroom. Fully ducted air conditioned rooms, no internet connected to the property yet but will be organised in a few months. All I expect is for you to do is clean up after yourself, and help out with general cleaning of shared facilities and living areas. I will consider pets but only if they get along with my dog, whilst he usually gets along with all animals we may need to do a meet and greet.
This house is constantly kept clean and tidy, and only 10min walk from the shopping centre. There is also a bus stop that goes straight to the train station 2 minutes walk away. We are 10min drive from both the freeway and the train station. Easy access and plenty of sunshine. Approximately 30-40min drive into Perth city. I do have a playful indoor cat that keeps us company, and he is not allowed in the rooms, so the rooms are especially clean. All bills included, and fast internet available. Air conditioning is available, and keeps us nice and cool during the summer months.
