About the property
Moved in here in August on 12 month term. Its fully furnished and can come with a matress and bedframe if desired. Would love to have someone to share the space with for the rest of the lease but flexible on timings.
I have recently bought a young rabbit so no other pets on the property allowed. Please see end of pics to see her cuteness!
It's conveniently located around the corner from two servos, snap fitness gym and any fast food drive through you could want or need. 5 minute drive or 20 min walk from the beach and easy walking distance to bus stop.
You would also have to be approved by rental agency and name be placed as an approved tenant
