Description of the home Our home is an older style house on a tree lined street in the heart of Seddon (2min walk to Victoria St shops and cafes). We are 5 minutes walk from either Seddon station or Middle Footscray station. The house is really gorgeous (better than the photos): it has floorboards, high ceilings, central gas heating, air con in the kitchen/dining and lots of good natural light. It’s big! There's plenty of space for 3 people, with a kitchen/dining, separate lounge, bathroom inc bath, 2nd toilet in the laundry, study, 3 bedrooms and a sunroom. We have a medium sized backyard which is unfortunately paved, but it does the job. We have pretty much got the place fully furnished, though there are some things we are open to selling, only if your stuff is better! You should be : - clean (imperative) - employed full time in a professional career and financially stable - quiet lifestyle during the week - respectful on weekends - friendly but also socially independent - good with animals *** bonus points if you have cool house plants, or a decent Smart TV with Netflix

Super cute and quaint house, with brightly lit bedrooms and kitchen, and beautiful fireplaces in the living room and one of the bedrooms (the red one, as seen in the pictures above). Both bedrooms are decently sized, approximately 2.8mx3.5m each, with huge built in wardrobes. Super cute front verandah which is perfect to relax at with a coffee from one of the many nearby cafes, and only 5 minute walk to Middle Footscray station (or a 2 minute sprint if you're running late). Ridiculously close to the city, being only a 10min train ride to Southern Cross Station, it's perfect for RMIT students or professionals working in the city, but wanting to live somewhere a little more chill. Walking distance to Coles and Kmart, and multiple small grocers and fruit shops just outside your door on Victoria St too, this place is a little paradise in the West!

The lease ends in mid December but there is the possibility to extend if you like or leave depends on you 🙂 It's located right in the heart of middle footscray and west footscray, but the postcode is Seddon, pretty weird! Its a 4 minute walk to West Footscray Station and about 9 minute walk to Middle Footscray Station. There are buses that run directly to Footscray Station where you can catch frequently running trains from, or if you fancied a walk then walking would take you about 18 minutes. The neighborhood is extremely nice, peaceful with the occasional sound of vehicles as the room does face the road. The house comes with a large parlor that is furnished, kitchen which is quite spacious, a backyard, and a bathroom that is attached with the toilet. Your room has a queen mattress but otherwise unfurnished! Its quite spacious so you have heaps of room to bring in your own things.
