Hello! We have a room available in our lovely three-bedroom house in the inner-western suburb of Seddon. In between Footscray and Yarraville, it’s a dream spot. The shops (foodworks, so many cafes, lots of take out spots, and two cute af wine bars) are just 30 seconds up the road, and a pub is across from us. We’re a 5-10-minute walk to 2 train stations and 2 train lines, and it’s a quick trip into the city. The room: The room is medium sized and will be unfurnished but currently comfortably fits a double bed, desk, tallboy, shelving and clothes rack. It’s towards the back of the house so the window overlooks the backyard giving it lots of natural light. Ceiling fan and block out curtains as well. Rent is $830pcm for a single not including bills. Bond is actually just under 6 weeks rent ($1140, not 4 weeks as listed). We’re looking for someone long term happy to go onto the lease, which we are resigning in March for another 12 months! It’s available now, and we're hoping to organise meetings over the next week. Couples are also welcome to apply. The house: The house has an open-plan living-kitchen-dining, with a recently renovated kitchen (dishwasher, built in microwave, good sized oven, + our own espresso machine) and SO much natural light. We love a good house plant, the more the merrier. The house also has ducted heating and air conditioning. There’s a very spacious laundry with a washing machine and most importantly a dryer with lots of space to store any extra stuff you may have. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, which features a bath separate from the shower (heaven). Out the back is a summer night’s dream, with a setup perfect for a few beers and a chat which we take advantage of after a long day at work/uni or when we’re not out and about on our days off. There’s a little garden bed for any planting endeavours you might have too (we haven’t quite gotten there yet…). Street parking is also very easy, with permits available for those that drive and all day parking across the road.

its a small italian home, so everything is built for short people. w./ three rooms, one is a spare room, there is netflix that is avaliable & some what good internet. its spacious & given the choice, your room could be also! the neighbours in the area are very friendly, however, if owning a car it will be a bloodbath. just a heads up! 15 minute walk to/ from the train station & close to public transportation, just around the corner from a mcdonalds is a huge plus also. ;p 5 minute drive to a shopping centre, it is a hipster area to live w./ lots of cafes, scenery that is beautiful & an amazing theater! your roommates -- my partner & i are usually chill people, we have people over a few times a month. we are friendly, polite & clean up after ourselves. Hi guys!!! I have leased this beautiful two bed room apartment and I’m looking for a house mate to share it with. The house is two storey with the upstairs having furnished and two spacious rooms, the available room is bright as it has a massive window, a bath room and a toilet. Bed room has a queen sized bed, a built in robe, fitted heater and a ceiling fan. Downstairs there is a massive lounge with air con, furnitures that I have gathered ( which you don’t have to worry about) a well equipped kitchen with brand new applainces such as dishwasher , fridge, washing machine, a laundry room, toilet and a decent sized back to line your laundry, bbq, gardening, etc. I’ve bought most of the kitchen appliances, furnitures since I’ve moved to this place about a a couple of weeks ago (You can bring your own furniture OR not). My experience just in a few days has been adventurous and lovely.
