About the flatmates
I am renting out my second bedroom in my beautiful, historic terrace home in Seddon. Would initially be looking to do a short term lease or stay with option to extend.
The house has 1 full bathroom and an additional single toilet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo unit, backyard/garden, and equal walking distance to both Seddon and Footscray train station.
Seddon is a great little nook on the westside, just 1km from the popular Yarraville suburb and similar type of vibe.
I work during the week on a hybrid work schedule, so ideally looking for similar working professionals or individuals that keep busy during the week with studies, work, etc. The house does have an office area which you are welcome to use the days I am not working from home.
I like to cook, run and go to the markets on the weekend. I stay pretty low key during the week and respectful of peoples space. I also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Buttercream.
The $350/wk includes all bills and room can be furnished or unfurnished.
