My name is Sarah, I'm 33 and work full time. I live in this house with a friendly indoor dog, and my partner is around a few nights a week. The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty. No bond is required but the first weeks rent must be paid before moving in. We are very friendly and easygoing but rent being on time is a must, and being tidy. This little, 2 storey town house isn't anything special. It is located on a quite street in Port Kembla. The local shopping centre is a 3 min drive and it is 15 mins to Wollongong Central.
