Fully furnished large room with built in closet.
Own bathroom with bath and shower. Full equipped kitchen lounge area which is 90 percent yours. 2 story and I have kitchen bathroom lounge and bedroom upstairs.so rarely use down stairs so its mostly yours except entrance to the home.
Everything is here. All you need is clothes bedding and maybe TV for your room.
The queen of the house is a mastiff- so you must be comfortable with big dogs -excitement when you get hm and frequent pats.
Dogs considered if compatible with my fur baby.
No cats..... would not end well.
No couples.
IM NOT IN A RUSH and compatibility is very important and should be for you too.
Bar is high as my last roomie was here three years - happy for you to contact her for ref.
