This property is only 2 min walk from Skye Primary school & the shops are a 5 min walk. It's a quiet house with no wild parties going on. What's great is that you're completely independent to do as you please, within limits..Lol. So if you need a comfy bedroom to chill out in then you should check this place out. I intend to sell the house in about 1-2 years time. So no plans for long accom' here, ok ? You got Foxtel, gym, air-con, and central heating. There are no special house rules as i am a fairly easy going guy but we will have come to an understanding wrt noise & guests etc...

This 3 bedroom house is in a quiet safe area of Langwarrin. Massive lounge room with kitchen area joined into it. One of the bedrooms I have turned into a study room, so one room is available. The room we have up for rent is really big - 6.2 x 3.6m with a built in robe. Big enough to fit a double bed into as well as area for a couch and tv if wanted. You would also have a separate bathroom to us but may potentially be shared with another boarder in the future. The house is only 12 months old. We have foxtel and cooling/heating. We also have a 4 month old Dogue De Bordueax puppy.

Home is in a quite Neighbourhood. Myself the owner of the property live in the house approx 3 days per week and the rest of time at my inner city apartment. We have a flatmate who enjoys to have a chat and is very friendly. He's home most of the time which we like, gives the home extra security someone being home all day. My brother also has a room but rarely home, he plans to move closer to inner city soon. Nice kitchen with your own cupboard/pantry and fridge space. Shared up to date bathroom. Bedroom has a double size bed in there if you want to use that or can bring your own. Nice size friendly home, rooms are away from lving space so you can have your own privacy. We have a large dog, bernese mountain dog, she's extremely friendly and just wants to play with everyone. she love a pat and will snuggle up to you on couch.
