I like to tidy up as I go, rather than leave a big mess lying around, but not ocd! We have this great, spacious modern share house going, and we're looking for one more individual to share the place. It has two living areas and even with 3 people living there currently, there's still a lot of un-used space, like the spare 'Dining' Area which our next housemate could use as a small gym, a working space with a desk and stuff, musical instruments, or whatever else. The house is neat and tidy, has a great open plan kitchen and dining area, and is equipped with a dishwasher, air con, ducted heating etc. and is mostly furnished (although the photos are from the previous tenants and the furnishings have changed). The property also has nice covered area with a BBQ, and uncovered areas with some fruit trees etc. The room that's available is a standard bedroom (check the one marked with red on the floorpan) with a B.I.R. and some little bed-side shelves attached to the wall. One of my housemates will be moving out mid October, and which will make the cool rumpus-type Bedroom at the back of the house available too. This is 3.2 x 5.5m so it's massive if you want an office in your room, etc.

Its a great location Sandhurst peaceful quiet neighbor hood and its mainly family's or retired people Living here, i have owned this house for over 5 years and i never had any problems living here. the house is open living with a big living area am right next to a park and the golf course and i have a beautiful massive back yard. the person will need to be hygienic and cleans up after them selves i have a cleaner once a week so there is not much cleaning involve. im hardly at the house because most nights i'm at work up until 8 to 9pm monday to Friday foxtel and very fast internet is inluded.
