Hi,
We're currently only looking for a female housemate only.
We’ve got 1 large private room and 1 medium private room. Both are furnished with a double sized bed, desk and basics. These can be removed if preferred.

The room for rent is private, however all other areas of the house are shared – kitchen/lounge/laundry etc.

You’ll be sharing a large house with currently 2 other people - my retired mum and dad, their tiny dog Benny. We hope to add another female housemate in the future.

My mum and dad are a lovely retired Chinese couple in their 60s. They speak basic English, are very warm, nice but mostly keep to themselves. Benny the family dog is our tiny, adorable cavoodle. He's a friendly, quiet and well behaved dog.

Our ideal housemate is a female, clean, quiet, considerate with a stable job, looking to stay on a 6 months or longer. We'd prefer to sign a 3 month lease and a 4 week bond. This is strictly not a loud party house.
