It’s a beautiful property on 3 and a half acres with a cute bungalow out the front to laze in on the sunnier days. The house itself is big and spacious, with 2 separate living rooms, 5 bedrooms (One is our office) 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen. We have our own separate bathroom which is connected to our bedroom at the other end of the house to the rest of the bedrooms. The house is well furnished, but the spare living room has room for improvement, with only a couch, two arm chairs and a tv, so we are happy for the right person to style it with their own flare if wanting to. The bedrooms vary in size, but all fit a queen bed comfortably, one still comfortable with a king. Two of the bedrooms are currently furnished with a bed and mattress, and bedside tables, but we are open to storing the furniture if someone brings their own things. We realistically would love to fill 2 of the rooms, and leave 1 room for guests, as we occasionally will have a visitor or a family member stay.

The house is brand new (I am the first tenant) so it is clean and fresh. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of natural light. The room available is unfurnished however I do have some tables and a small TV to put in the room if wanted. There is also a sliding door BIR and plenty of power points within the room. The bathroom is small but has everything you need and it is easy to keep clean. The kitchen and living area are also small but very light and tidy. The living room includes a couch, arm chair, coffee table, big TV and heating and cooling. I am open to discussing other things that you might like to include in the living room, such as other furniture, bean bags, etc. :) Unfortunately, I am unable to provide internet as I only use my small amount of my data on my phone/hotspot. But if you are happy to provide your own internet, the coverage here is very good. There is plenty of storage space in the garage as well as a small shed in the backyard. The estate is very quiet and safe. Recently, a small shopping complex opened down the road (10 minute walk) which includes an IGA, cafe, a few fast food places, a gym and a few other specialty stores. There is also a nice park just down the road and Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute drive away. Bills are included in the rent price as long as everything is used within reason (eg/ don't leave the heater on for a whole day, don't have a 1 hour long shower, etc. The usual!) As I am renting, you (the new tenant!) will be placed on the lease after a probationary period where we both confirm that we are happy with all of the arrangements. :)

Home is in a quite Neighbourhood. Myself the owner of the property live in the house approx 3 days per week and the rest of time at my inner city apartment. We have a flatmate who enjoys to have a chat and is very friendly. He's home most of the time which we like, gives the home extra security someone being home all day. My brother also has a room but rarely home, he plans to move closer to inner city soon. Nice kitchen with your own cupboard/pantry and fridge space. Shared up to date bathroom. Bedroom has a double size bed in there if you want to use that or can bring your own. Nice size friendly home, rooms are away from lving space so you can have your own privacy.
