Hi there, I'm looking for two housemates to join me at my house in Seacliff Park. The house features a big open kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen, although the decor is very 70's, features a new electric stove and oven, as well as dishwasher. The main room has air con and heating, but there are ceiling fans in all rooms. All bedrooms have big built in wardrobes. The main bedroom also has a very snazzy 70's ensuite. The backyard has a verandah (covered) and a potbellied stove. I currently have two veggie patches on the go, and there is plenty of room in the backyard for more if it interests you. It's a two minute drive to Seacliff beach (and the Seacliff pub!), and five minutes from Marion Shopping Centre and SA Aquatics and Leisure centre. It is also around the corner from O'Halloran Hill Recreational park, which has heaps of walking and mountain bike riding tracks. Bond is actually $950 per person (there was no option to enter this on the form!). Move in dates are flexible - 17th of Jan is the latest, but we can negotiate an earlier move in date (late November / December) if you are interested.
