Hi, I’m a retired widower of 77years old, I built a separate living area in the front of my house for myself , I have rented a large back bedroom to a 59 year old shift worker, he works longs hours and lives with his partner on weekends, I do use the laundry and backyard sometimes, but only in that area for a short time, I have everything I need in my new living space I built one year ago, the large bedroom I have for rent, is bright with very good blackout curtains, new ceiling fan , new air conditioning, queen size bed, I’m wanting a non smoker, and a person who has full time work, I’m ten minutes walk from beach, plenty of public transport very close, good security and side street entrance.
