Two of the bedrooms are spares with one set up as a study/single bed and the other as a queen size guest room, both of which are available for use as required - I do enjoy having interstate visitors (usually my immediate family) on occasion. The laundry has a washer and dryer and the kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking/baking, with gas cooker and fan forced oven, 420L fridge and large walk in pantry but the cupboards are full - you wouldn't need to bring any cutlery, crockery etc. There is air conditioning in the main living space and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and outdoor area. The single living/dining is furnished with a three seater couch, two single chairs, biggish TV, sounder, bar stools and six seater dining table. There is limited storage space. Your room comfortably fits a queen size bed and small bedside tables with a nook that would fit a chest of drawers or desk. It has a built in robe and ceiling fan. The bathroom would be predominately yours but I would request use of the tub on occasion as it's the only one in the house. Seperate shower with rain head as well as separate toilet. There is plenty of on street parking and limited space in the garage for storage. Unlimited 44Mbps NBN, Netflix, Stan and fortnightly cleaner are included in the rent - gas, water (use only) and electricity are the only bills that would be split.

Rent includes: internet, all bills. Public transport available, only one street away from the house. Pets can be negotiated, though no more dogs due to council regulations. No contract, can move out at any time with no notice as long as rent is paid until move out date. There is a bond of 2 weeks rent ($300) that will be refunded if no damage has been inflicted on the property. No smoking. No persons receiving centrelink payments.

We live in Fernbrooke Ridge Estate a nice quiet area off school road. we are situated on a corner block so only have one neighbour beside and behind us. we over look a beautiful creek. There are plenty of pathways to parks/ovals . There currently is Foxtel and internet connected to the house. We are about 15 minutes from Springfield Orion and the station and about 15 minutes from Redbank plaza and Redbank station.

We have one room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place in Redbank Plains. $160 a week rent includes unlimited WiFi, basic Foxtel on main TV, power and water (within reason, we aren't critics but fairly conscious of water and power), if you take long showers and expect air con all the time then this is not the house for you. House is fully furnished (negotiable if you have furniture) but the bedroom isn't furnished, just a fan and built in cupboard. You will have the main bathroom, just gotta share the bathtub occasionally :) This is not a party house, we do not want smokers, drinkers or rowdy visitors, though an odd drink or family/friend is fine, no couch potatoes. Must be clean and tidy, and clean up after yourself and also respect our furniture and appliances. We rarely have visitors as we love our own space too much.
