A little bit about us…
We are a female only household and it is a very tidy chill home. The house is fully furnished so need to worry about bringing too much. The room though can either come furnished ($275 per week) or unfurnished ($285 per week). The room comes with inbuilt wardrobes, ceiling fan (thank god) and air conditioning. There is a back deck for entertaining, huge kitchen for cooking if your a chef and a media if you want to vege out and watch tv ☺️
Only a 5 min drive to the Ripley centre so nice and close. Also close to gyms, access to highway and 10 minute to Ipswich train. If you think you'd be a great fit, I'd love to meet you to check out the house :)
