There is a pool that is open for summer months and it is in walking distance to both the Claremont and Swanbourne train station. There is private, locked parking and the flat is secured with a swipe key to get in the main foyer. Claremont Quarter is just a stones throw away which makes running down to grab a bottle of red very convenient!
