Room can come semi furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe to start you off and is the only room with security shutters. The house is in a pretty quiet area 5 minutes from Claremont and 10 minutes from Floreat Forum and the beach. It has a good cafe down the road and a bus stop one block over that'll take you straight in to Claremont. MUST like cats. It's in a great spot on a quiet street. Walking distance to the pool, train, Lake Claremont, coffee shops and Claremont Quarter. Downstairs is the living area, laundry, kitchen and a toilet.
