Greetings renters, Looking for a girl or guy to share in a spacious house in Mt Claremont with my housemate and I (2 guys, both 25). Rent is $200 per week, lawnmowing included, bills not included (1/3 internet, electricity and gas as they come). Room can come semi furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe to start you off and is the only room with security shutters. The house is in a pretty quiet area 5 minutes from Claremont and 10 minutes from Floreat Forum and the beach. It has a good cafe down the road and a bus stop one block over that'll take you straight in to Claremont. MUST like cats. It's in a great spot on a quiet street. Walking distance to the pool, train, Lake Claremont, coffee shops and Claremont Quarter. Downstairs is the living area, laundry, kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is the bedrooms, bathroom and another toilet. There's both a front and rear courtyard space with outdoor setting and BBQ. It's not a new place, but its very functional and tidy (kinda the perfect rental really). The place is fully furnished with the exception of your bedroom. You'd have a choice of two rooms - both around the same size, one with built in wardrobe the other with a smaller free standing wardrobe. Whichever room you don't want will be a spare/office/storage space.
Nice big house with friendly flatmates. The house is close to the beach, train station (10mins to the city), Bold park, Claremont quarter, Floreat Forum and Challenge stadium. It is a big house with lots of room. A pool in the back and plenty of parking out front. Large kitchen and everything is fully furnished (except your bedroom). There is ducted air-con, nice BBQ area out the back and a good size lawn out front. Room is spacious and we keep the house tidy.

Our home is perfect for summer- it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of cafes within short walking distance (Daisies, Kirkwood Deli, Grounded Days) plus Swanbourne shops, Eric St IGA, Napoleon Street and all the amenities of the Cottesloe foreshore are nearby. Grant Street train station is a 3 minute walk away. The house has two separate living spaces - an oversized lounge room out the front and a north-facing kitchen and meals area at the back of the house which gets lovely afternoon light. The master bedroom on offer is huge, with inbuilt robes and a large ensuite bathroom with French doors. We have a big grassed backyard with wooden deck, a hammock and a barbeque. We try to grow our own herbs, and have plenty of olives and lemons all year around. We brew our own kombucha plus have loads of free beer! Apple TV, Netflix and Stan are all included. We already have most things that a house could possibly need (including too many guitars), but we are happy if you want to set up your items in the house. There is plenty of secure storage if you require that, plus there is a 4th bedroom which we keep as spare.
