A 1 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to Swanbourne shops with cafes restaurants and an iga and a 5 minute drive to the beach, it really is the ideal location for anyone going to work on the train line, uni students or anyone who enjoys the beach and an active lifestyle. The apartment is 3 min walk to Leighton Beach and 5 min walk to North Fremantle train station. It is very close to some very cool bars and resturants. You'll have your own car bay. The apartment is very large with two massive balconies and is in a very small complex. The apartment is kept clean and is very easy to maintain. You'll have access to Netflix & Stan on a big TV. Your room is 3900x3000, has a queen size bed and heaps of storage, its own air conditioning and private access.
Lovely town house in an amazing location! Opposite to IGA, the Karalee pub, cinema and some nice little cafes. Bus stop right outside, close to fwy exit. Room has aircon. Two small courtyards front and back of house, good for entertaining.

We go thirds in all bills. Electricity, water are two monthly and gas is three monthly. Internet is due the 30th of every month $23.30 each. Price varies on utilities to give an idea. Last bill for Gas was $92 each, Electricity $94, Water $42. Ideally would love a FIFO worker but anyone welcome!! No full-time smokers please, casual with a drink or two is OK!
