The rooms are for rent at 150 and 175 per week. Bills are not included in the rent and will be divided evenly on a pro rata basis, (i.e. if a housemate is away for a significant amount of time, it will be reflected in their share of the bill) The house is furnished with the exception of the bedrooms so you may furnish and decorate them to your own taste. Whats great about the place? - Near the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice neighbourhood with friendly, chilled out neighbours - Huge back yard - Swanbourne beach is a beautiful clean spot that is never crowded and is only a 15 minute walk through Allen Park - Cafes: The Daily, The Other Side and North Street store all serve great coffee and are all less than a 10 minute walk away. North street store also bakes awesome bread! The IGA and bottle shop are just a short walk away too - Public transport: 8 minute walk to Swanbourne train station which will take you to Fremantle or the City in about 15 minutes. The 102 bus stops just around the corner and will get you to UWA also in just 15 minutes I've been living here for almost 3 years and it's been great. The land lady is lovely (hates doing inspections) and has been quick to respond to any maintenance issues that have come up. Also note that the whole house will be professionally cleaned before my current housemates vacate so you will be moving into a nice clean place.

The room available is a private, peaceful and cosy living space. It’s unfurnished with the exception of the wardrobe if preferred, but the rest of the house is furnished. There are so many lovely things about living here. It’s a close walk to the beach, cafes, tennis courts and public transport is easily accessible. The house is large, full of character with a large backyard, outdoor entertaining area and great value for location.

As you can see from the photos, it is a bright, airy house with a beautiful native garden. Located in Claremont half a block from Stirling Hwy, it is very quiet and safe area. Your fully carpeted room is a queen sized bed with flannel sheets and electric blanket and all other bedding including a pure wool blanket as well as a doona/duvet so it is very warm in the cold weather. You have a tv in your room with all free to air channels and there is Apple tv available. Your view out your large window is onto the garden. There's a very well equipped kitchen which you can use. You share your bathroom with one other tenant. You have an air conditioner in your room for summer. Breakfast is included and is provided every day, with several kinds of cereal and muesli, fruit juice and there is always a fresh fruit bowl. Delicious homemade bread is always available for breakfast or a snack. There are jams, peanut butter, butter, Vegemite and Marmite to spread on the bread. There is a 24-hour gym - Essence - across the road which has casual memberships and which is very well equipped. It's an excellent location for public transport and nearby places to walk to. UWA is a 10-minute bus ride, a 20-minute bike ride or a 30-minute walk. The river is 10 minutes away for jogging and walks. Cottesloe beach is 15 minutes by bus or bike. As most of you are UWA students I will also lend you a bicycle to get to university and also bike around uni as it is a big campus............all you need are your clothes and personal care items to move in ..............:) We have bbq's every few weeks (I provide all food and drink) so we bond together as a household. If have movie nights (just need one of you guys to get inspired :) ) and we occasionally do activities together like tennis, rock climbing, etc. I have had students team up and go to other countries on holidays together. This would suit an international student, and even though we have our own fun, I prefer a quieter student as this is not a party house. Preference given to long term students.
