I've been in this Swanbourne apartment for a few years now and absolutely love it, it's got a lot of character (yes, almost every room is a different colour...) and is in an amazing location, right on the train line, upstairs from the best coffee shop in Perth and a couple of minutes from the beach. The apartment has timber floors, high-ceilings, ducted reverse cycle and lots of natural light. The bedroom is a very comfortable queen with a big built-in wardrobe, it's currently semi-furnished but pretty flexible if you want to bring your own furniture. Shared bathroom, comfy lounge and dining room and a nice little balcony that catches plenty of sun in summer and is very cosy in winter.
