It is a large house; 5 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; shared laundry, kitchen lounge room and dining room. Pool, and large backyard. A few blocks away from the beach. We currently have 1 cat and 1 dog, so aren’t really looking for any more pets. We currently have 5 house mates, 2 females, 3 males. Absolute waterfront apartment with 180degree lake views from all rooms. Modern style kitchen and living spaces fully tiled throughout living areas carpet bedrooms. Large built in robes. Shared bathroom 2 separate toilets. Wake up looking at the water, the view changes every day. Close to shops buses and cafes. Walking trails and parks close by at green point. Bedroom is good size for large double bed and other furniture.There are TV points in the room along with a hidden desk built into the robe.
Well maintained property and usually kept clean and tidy I am by no means a fanatical cleaner though do appreciate that we must clean every now and then weekly fortnightly and contribute to maintain the house in some sort of respectable manner especially as we are in a share house and facilities home. I guess clean as we go is the aim of the game ensuring respect for each others space and property Ceiling fans and built in cupboards in each room
Large house near Lake Macquarie. Your room is downstairs and renovated, but other parts of house are needing TLC and painting. The main bedroom has Foxtel access and houses the wifi access point. One bathroom (upstairs) has a small bath, shower and a toilet. Incomplete area downstairs has a fully functional large bath, separate shower and toilet. Kitchen is large and functional with a lot of space. Bedrooms have large wardrobes and they are much larger than regular modern houses. The biggest one is about 6 metres by 4 metres not including the huge built in wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom floors are tiled. Laundry is available with your own machine being installed in the near future. The 'top room' has a snooker table and lake views as well as being the main lounge room. There are 2 large verandahs, one for entertaining and the other with BBQ and dart board out back. The back yard is large and fenced, but pets could easily escape it. The house is quite ugly on the outside due to incomplete renovations, but very liveable inside, particularly in the renovated bedrooms you will be in. I also have a small home multi-gym in the main foyer, which gives a good all round workout. Finally, the lake is about 50 metres walk away and has a beautiful reserve with a 3.5km round trip walk or run for all your wellbeing needs.
Great location, close to the beach and close to shopping centers. 20 minute drive into Newcastle City. Easy access to public transport. Newly renovated house with undercover entertaining area out the back. I have 3 indoor cats, two of them are Ragdolls names Mason and Oliver and the other a small ginger tabby named Edward. They are clean and friendly cats.
