About the property
Walk to the lake, the beach and good coffee. Two minutes drive to Belmont and five to Swansea. The property is a very small 2 bedroom house with a large backyard yard.
The property is partially furnished (by me). The photos show unfurnished. There is one inside bathroom with toilet and shower, and one outside toilet and shower.

Share of bills to be negotiated.
On-street parking only.
12 months stay.
Sorry but no pets. I have a large dog and that is all that's allowed.
I am renewing the contract at the moment so I haven't got a start date pinned down but am looking at early to mid January.

A single person only.
Non smokers.
Non vaper.
No drugs.
You must have very good rental history and references.
You must have a steady and reliable income.
You must be confident around, and be able to handle large dogs.
You will have to be approved by the rental property manager and sign a contract.
