I Know what you are thinking. Big House, lots of rooms.. chaos reins, but no.. Quite the opposite. This is a very quiet house. It is a huge, modern 2 storey house. Definitely NOT a party house. We are close to both shops (Hyperdome & Beenleigh) and public transport. (walking distance to the bus). The area is in a quiet cul de sac and has off street parking available. This is a house I've just purchased and looking forward to having someone join myself and my Partner. It's fairly well set up, air-conditioned ceiling fans etc. We have all the latest electronics as well as Netflix, Amazon & Stan. A bit about my place: The house is located 5 minutes from the Hyperdome (there is a bus depot here) and M1 (city 20 minutes north, beach 40 minutes south), and is in walking distance of bush tracks for weekend exploring (if that's something you enjoy!). The room is carpeted with ceiling fans, built in wardrobes and easily fit a queen size bed. There is an air conditioner in the living room. The house is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as having wifi internet. A bit about me: I am a quiet housemate who does enjoy the social side of life but not into blow out parties etc. I am a teacher and an animal lover. I have two very friendly little dogs at home (they do come inside), and three chickens so there are always nice eggs to be had! The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
