The house itself is quite large (approx 330m2), is in 'as new' condition and is literally 150m from the Logan Hyperdome. It has ducted air-conditioning throughout. It is also well equipped with a very large kitchen and multiple living areas. if you're a dog person you will be in heaven as two funny golden retrievers live here, they love to play, the living room has A/C and so does the available room, fully furnished including a queen side bed for the room (if you have your own bed i can dispose of the current. everything is available to use, 65" T.V, DVD player with a lot of movies i have on a hard drive, i dont have any rules besides basic respect the place and be mindful of others living here, i get the house cleaned professionally once a month so that helps with big chores such as bathrooms, mopping and such.
