House rules: tidy up after yourself, fridge, kitchen, dishes bins, high traffic areas, your room no smoking tidy on departure etc. Recycle, only use dishwasher if full. Quiet level/complex, families & proffessionals. Noise to be kept to reasonable & respectable level in conjunction with normal council & unit complex rules. I'm sole lessee. It’s requested all potential flatmates to complete an application for additional occupant approval (I have the forms, pretty standard). Once approved & your share of security bond standard 4 week split paid (paid off gradually in addition to rent, under a negotiated written tenancy agreement fine too) You can move in & given responsibility of your own set of keys. You will be given a receipt & refunded bond on exit provided no damage or lossed keys etc. Courtesy when inviting guests & family, inform the other flatmate especially length of stay &/or overnight stay, no more than once a week negotiable, & no longer then 24 hr period, no freeloading squatters (includes partner, no couples stipulated in listing). t’s only 2 bedroom, & approved 2 occupants only, no long term guests, not ideal for couples. Utilities in my name, & paid monthly, my last combined bill gas, electricity & hot water was approx. $75 with flatmate, so inexpensive & I can show you on request. Bills are split fairly & paid ontime, they aren't terribly expensive & quite reasonable considering convenience & rental in a cbd location. Only exception to a higher contribution is if noticeably high which should not be the case, as personal run from home businesses are against strata bylaws for this building, & listing targeted towards professionals, commuters, hospital workers, & uni students. Convenient, central location, safe & secure so you can focus on work/study, & in a very convenient location to transport, uni & facilities, in the Wollongong CBD. The House is brick and in a quiet street. Floor boards, dishwater, gas cooking and heating. Large backyard garage. It's about 5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rent includes all bills netflix, good internet, gas and electricity. There is also a dog who is a 8 yr old X Border Collie, well trained.
The house is just amazing, perfect 3 bed room with huge front and back yard. It comes with a great view of the mountain and creek right next to us, lots of birds and wild life. We have heaps of chill spaces between front veranda, living room, back sun room and the huge yards. Very close to a bowling club corrimal shops and public transport. Internet, netfelix, amazone prime big tv and air conditioning come as perks ;)

Cute 3 bedroom townhouse in small complex in Corrimal. Walking distance to Train Station, Bus stop, Shopping Centre & beach. Room is decent size big enough for a king with reasonable built in wardrobe. Also has adjoining balcony for someone who loves to watch the sunrise Sharing a bathroom with 1 female. Seeking someone who is fun and social but also likes there own space. This is not a party house but I don't mind the occasional weekend drink or night out after a tough week in the office. Bills are split 3 ways but we each pay additional $20 per week to cover.
We have a couple of pups, Jake and Bernie, and they are absolute gentlemen. The rest of us aspire to be like them. We're right by Towradgi train station and rock pools. Nice gardens and yards with a handful of chickens running around.
We're in an awesome spot right near the train station in Towradgi, really nice garden and yards with some chickens roaming the front yard (hope you like fresh eggs!!) It's a large house with plenty of bathrooms and a reasonable size kitchen and kitchenette in the granny flat so we manage to not step on each others toes. Also really close to Towradgi rock pool!!

Will be leaving some of my stuff in the room but happy to negotiate and make space. Great internet speed, wholesome housemates, cute and quiet street. Plenty of outdoor space, plants, gardens, chickens, ducks and two sweet doggos who love the pats. Perfect place to snuggle into for the winter! ❄️
