The property is a duplex 2 years old, quite large with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge / dining area + smaller lounge area, laundry and outdoor area. This room we have available includes all your bills apart from food, you will also have access to 100mbps NBN unlimited internet, your own bathroom and smaller lounge room if you wish as we don't use / have nothing in. It gives you the option to have more of your own space, however feel free to use main lounge room/tv etc. About the only issue with the property we would say is no fans in the rooms, the only aircon is in main lounge area. We ended up buying a portable aircon which works fine for our room. We are looking for the right person, not just anyone. Preferably young, working full time or good part time hours and cleans up after themselves. Mainly looking for a 6 month term, but can be flexible for the right person.
