Single father of one looking to rent out a room to the right individual (14yr old child visits fortnightly).

All utilities covered, solar electricity and hot water, ducted zone controlled air-conditioning, high speed internet and driveway parking. Linen will be provided if needed.

Would need to provide own TV and desk for your room if that is what you require.

MUST be an Australian citizen. This is non-negotiable due to my work requirements.

No age restrictions, no restrictions on cultural backgrounds or beliefs, clean, respectful and ok with you have a child however would prefer fortnightly (weekends only). I am happy for social gatherings and taking advantage of the outdoor/BBQ area as that's what it is there for.

*Must have experience living with other people outside of family members*

Basic cleaning will be required, bedroom bathroom, kitchen/living area and keeping the floors clean.
