Surrounded by bush in a friendly neighbourhood, right beside the lake and the Noosa River, this small but comfortable home is where I have studied and lived for the past 16 years. I try to keep a minimalist open plan feel, with a welcoming kitchen. Solar power, air conditioning, outdoor area amongst gardens and good internet are among other pluses, as are the lovely bush and lake walks that start at the front gate. Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside, and while I love animals I am not accepting pets out of respect for my cat...plus the property is largely un-fenced. This house is quiet and relaxed but not far from town with possible parking on the front lawn. Your room has built in wardrobe, large window, ceiling fan and is close to the spacious bathroom. We have good internet but no television connection because, well, I just don't like it enough to be bothered :-) My son lives at the back of the property so it is just myself in the house, but we share the bathroom, which is kept very clean. I love to keep the place tidy as I feel better and think more clearly in uncluttered surroundings (heading back to uni end of Feb) There will be construction going on out in the backyard with landscaping and such, but this will not impact you greatly as a flatmate.

I've lived in Eumundi for a year and it’s pretty rad. Beautiful town that has retained the village feel and the locals are mostly awesome! Some of the enduring features of this timeless home include a kitchen (see photo), limited edition Ron Burgundy curtains and original slate floor tiles. Some are missing and I will need help lifting up the rest for the Reno I may start in 2019/2020? The room comes fully furnished and is approx. 4m x 3m with a double robe, heaps of room. Granny flat all self contained with landlord living in the main house. The granny flat has it's own electricity metre and your power usage would be payable on your own electricity bill. Plenty of parking in a very quiet neighbourhood. This would be perfect for a student or someone who wants to live on their own and have privacy and their own living space.
The house is located in Old Tewantin not far from a bus stop. 10-15 min walk to shops. Big grassy backyard and small rainforest garden out the front with a small timber deck. House is well-maintained and tidy. I have a pug cross. Prefer a female housemate who is clean, tidy, respectful, drama-free and employed. May consider a longer lease should we get along.

We enjoy to kayack/SUP in the creek to Lake Doonella across to Noosa Marina for the best fish n chips in Noosa!!! This great spot is centrally located to all Noosa offers, 15 min drive to Hastings St, Cooroy/ Bruce Highway; Eastern beaches, Mt Tinbeewah and Eumundi.
We have a beautiful home on 2 acres surrounded by rain forest. The bedroom has a queen bed and cupboard with TV and Netflix. We have a retreat style pool, tennis court, open fireplace, movie room and wrap around verandas. We don't have any fences so can't accommodate any animals sorry. Ideally we are looking for a female working full time who is easy going and relaxed, enjoys a laugh and will fit in with the family and also happy to enjoy their own time and space.
