Small 3 bedroom house built in 2016. Looking to share with one other person who will have their own bathroom/toilet. (Single Mother and child are welcome to rent both rooms for $290/week). Strictly non-smokers only. Upstairs is carpeted and has 3 bedrooms with a small study nook, master bedroom and ensuite (occupied), main bathroom including a bath, and separate toilet. Downstairs has an open plan tiled living area, kitchen, dining room plus the laundry and another separate toilet. There is a small courtyard out the back which is partially covered, has a ceiling fan and the ground is covercrete with a small garden (no grass). There is a small unfenced front yard with grass and a garden. Close to multiple shops, bus stops, cinema, restaurants, gyms, doctors/dentists, two local hospitals and schools. Train station is one suburb away in Cleveland. Short drive to the water at both Victoria Point and Cleveland. Very quiet neighbours and the street itself is usually very quiet. Downstairs is furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, small TV and furniture. The downstairs furniture is second hand and mismatched but comfortable and in good condition. There is one garage that is currently used for storage. There is space to park in the driveway and on the street. 1 Room available (Single mother and young child may rent both for $290/week), choice of: Bedroom 1- has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and feels a little bit more private. ($200/week) Bedroom 2- has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe, air con, and wall TV outlet. ($215/week) Both bedrooms are 2.7m x 2.97m and they can fit a double bed but too small for a queen size bed Rates, water, electricity, yard care, and basic internet are included in rent. Phone bill, contents insurance, personal bills, personal expenses (groceries, toiletries, etc) are not included. 2 weeks rent as bond and 2 weeks rent in advance is required. Not all rooms have window furnishings yet however these will be added.

The common areas of the house have room for more furniture & the bedrooms are unfurnished. Pets are allowed! (have to be approved by real estate but we previously had 2 cats and a small dog living here so shouldn't be a problem). We will have internet and Foxtel setup. Garage parking available. $640 bond. Your room has built ins and a ceiling fan. Additional storage available in garage. We have a 4th room spare also. Rent and bond would be less if we fill both rooms. Close to public transport.
