You will have your own room either furnished or you're welcome to use your own furniture a fan, wardrobe, shared bathroom, living room with aircon, kitchen and backyard.
We have a joint laundry and landlords who live seperately upstairs.
I work full time 5 days a week. I'm respectful and like to keep a clean and tidy house.
