It's a great spot on Toorak Road, with a Woolies and a collection of small shops and cafes nearby. It's walking distance (15 mins) to Chapel St and Toorak Station, it's right on the 58 tram line, and close enough to the Main Yarra bike path into the city if you ride. The room is smaller, but it's got a really cute Juliet balcony and they'd be room for a wardrobe (no built-in, sorry!). You'd be sharing the bathroom with me. The toilet is separate, and there's a laundry (I have a washing machine, too). The house will be fully furnished (excluding your room). It has ducted heating and cooling, and carpet throughout.

There are 3 trams operating near my housem, Which are 70 and 75 on Riversdale Rd and 16 tram on Glenferrie Rd. including bills and furniture and you can use private parking area as well. The rent will be $220 per week for 1 single. So you can pay weekly or fortnightly. It's up to you. However there are 2 weeks bond and 2weeks notice. The room is a good size with built in robes from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. It comes furnished with a queen bed as seen in the photo. If you'd like the room un-furnished, this can be arranged also! Im a clean person, keep healthy and enjoy the outdoors.l. If you're looking for a crazy party apartment probably not the place for you.
