With Yarra river proximity and Parkland views the flat is ideally located in one of the most convenient parts of Hawthorn. The flat is open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a dining room with full length windows facing directly to the Yarra River and parkland. The flat is also located close to the 70 and 75 tram lines and quite close to Hawthorn train station. I'm a 32 year old female professional working in the CBD and I study part time (2 nights a week). Hi, I am a happy and open Spanish girl in mid 30's looking for a flatmate. I'm very active so I have something on pretty much everyday after work and on weekends. I love socialising and have a lot of friends so you need to like visitors every now and then too as I do :) I would love to find someone who is active and social but not party animal.
