Due to a roommate moving out we have a room up for grabs from early July in Armadale. This old school Victorian style home is in a great location. It’s only 500m to Armadale station, just near high street, which has a range of cafés, shops and a gym. We are also 600m to Malvern central (Woollies, David jones, Adairs etc).
