You can catch route 72 tram from the stop which is just a minute walk away. It takes you straight into the city at Flinders street station within 20 minutes. The flat is fully furnished, but you'll need to furnish your own bedroom. Electricity, water and internet bills are included in the monthly rent.
Ahoy hoy, Hope the house hunt isn’t too painful. Can certainly be an interesting experience, but you may be in luck. There a spare room in this awesome 2-bedroom apartment, located in a 2 story building. We’re on the top floor. I have been lucky enough to score a slight promotion to sunny QLD escaping the lovely Melbourne winter (Insert sad face) so time to lift your game and take over this awesome pad. The Room in question has a wall heater that does a pretty mean job in winter. Plenty of room for double/queen bed, bedside tables, there’s a built in robe to the side. And previously they just used the empty living room to store any extra stuff. Large furnished living room, with a couch more akin to a massive bed, 65in TV with Foxtel, Netflix, unlimited internet and an amazing heater to keep you and your ubereats warm. Perfect for winter………or not if you’re keen to avoid a sudden onset of holyshitballs my pants no longer fit. Large Dining room adjacent which is empty and free to be filled to your hearts desire…..within reason. There’s even a study as well Modern bathroom with separate toilet. Kitchen with plenty of storage, large Fridge, gas stove and dishwasher for all you lazy sods, and the usual required house stuff to get by with. More that welcome to bring anything else to the table, plenty of room. Please excuse the shitty pictures, don’t really do the place justice and just needed to get something up to give you an idea of the place. Really is an amazing and huge old art deco type apartment with everything you need……. And a heap of living space to…… live? That’s what the cool kids do right? I used to be cool once. Amazing location, Just off High street and Glenferrie Road Malvern. Tram stops out the front and corner intersection to take you anywhere. 10 min walk to Armadale Station. Coles a couple of hundred meters away along with 7-11, Sozai (best sashimi going round), Moby (great for bunch) and a heap of other easy eats down Glenferrie road. Handy to be a $7 uber ride to chapel st, or a ridiculously easy 10 min tram ride. Parking spot out the back, as well as unlimited parking out the front…. The catch though, fills up during work hours as Glenferrie road is a slightly busy area. Can usually find something around pretty easy though.
