So our home is just great. In a quiet street in a busy area, this 3 bedroom townhouse has plenty of space for three people. Two of the bedrooms are for rent as both my housemates are moving out at the same time... I swear it’s not because of me! Haha. Tram and bus are a 3 min walk away, while the Toorak train station is a good 6 min away. Hawks burn Village with Woolworths is also 7 min walk away with everything you need. Chapel St is a nice 10-15 min walk away, to all the bars, cafes and shops you need. Plenty of lovely parks are nearby as well to run around or just relax in. We have a lovely courtyard that’s great for sharing a drink in which hopefully we will do in the future, as I’d like a fun, social house. We have unlimited internet for all the Netflix-ing you can do, and if you need an account I can share. Bills are internet, gas and electricity with water included in rent, and gas paid up for the next year due to extra credit we have. The two people that move in will share one bathroom, and its first in first served for what room to get, though they are similar in size. Lounge is furnished while bedrooms are not, and a fridge and washing machine will be needed, though that is something I’m happy to get if need be.

Hi I’m Cam! My first and only previous flatmate and myself are/were the property’s first occupants so it’s sparkly new haha. She had the master and I’m happy staying in the room I’m in so it’s the master for whoever moves in. There is a balcony, gym, pool as well as spa and We are directly on toorak station. 24/7 security as well as security tag required to enter building and get to your floor. Garbage chute in each floors hallway so no need to travel downstairs to take out the rubbish. I’d say that I consider myself clean, respectful and well mannered as well as about as easy going as you could be. I’m out and about the majority of the time so you may not see me all too often. It’s not a party house and I will not be bringing anyone other than one or two close mates over for brief periods of time and even the will run it by my housemate first. It’s a great space, internet works out to $12.50 a week each and all other bills with two people never exceeded $200 a month, so $25 each p/w max there abouts. Apart from living with me, which is an experience in its self, the house is very modern and well kept. It is situated dangerously close to hawksburn and chapel st precinct, however the street itself is quiet and hidden away in what i like to think is one of Prahran's more chilled out areas. Whilst the house has an art deco facade it is newly painted with modern amenities, polished wooden floorboards and is fully furnished. The room is a medium size with copious amounts of natural lighting, unfortunately there isn't a cupboard but I would be happy to purchase one for the right tenant. The house has a good feel, filled with music and relaxed energy. Wifi included. It's a home :)
