Hey guys, so this is a incredible find, for the price not only is all bills included and internet, its in one of the nicest parts of melbourne. It's quiet yet near Toorak and Malvern Road where theres loads of cafes and shops. Its got a garden with a BBQ, new shower, room has a double bed, desk, unused brick fire place (looks nice) and cupboard space. Everyone leaves at different times in the morning so the shared bathroom has never been a problem.

Would you like to see the great view of the city and to just sit on the balcony and to watch the fireworks and to enjoy the fresh air. I dont like parties though and drugs. if you will have someone over then thats your call but if he stays over two nights then he will be charged with rent as well.
