Train to the city takes 7 mins and runs every 10 mins. This is perfect if you work in the city, and hold on to your bed till last minute in the morning like I do. If you are a fan of the food on Chapel Street, but hate how noisy it is, fear no more, it is only 10 mins walk to Prahran market. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 could be yours. The renovation of the unit (including kitchen, bathroom and flooring) is in progress, but you will be able to come take a look in 3 weeks' time. By the time you move in, we will have a new kitchen, new bathroom, and freshly polished flooring. The unit will be fully furnished. You will have a double bed to your name, and all you have to do is bring your clothes. The rent listed does not include electricity, gas and internet.
