Hey Guys, I am a 34 yr old caucasian male looking for someone to take over a large room from my current housemate . He has decided to move out with his partner so the room has recently become available. The apartment is fully furnished and located in Toorak near the corner of Toorak & Williams Rd, It’s a large room and will fit a queen size bed and other stuff easily. It also comes with BIR’s and plenty of storage space for your things, Please excuse the messy nature of my current housemate in the pics provided lol . It also is very close to public transport (4 stops from South Yarra station) with a stop roughly 50 metres from the front of the complex but if you drive there is also a secure car park available. There is a Woolworths and cafes less than 100 metres up the road which is also highly convenient. I work as a manager full time between the hours of 9am – 5pm and lead a pretty quiet life, I generally spend my time when not working playing guitar, Watching docos, Reading or hanging out with friends. If you are the party / clubs type person I’m afraid this won’t work as the complex is a quiet one and I’m not being the guy who ruins that. The rent is $1,608 monthly of which we will go halves in and bills are normally pretty cheap but I am uncertain as to what the average is but I’m thinking $20 give or take a week should have you covered. I also have Foxtel connected which is $60 monthly which makes it $30 a month for you. I don’t currently have the Internet on but am happy to get it hooked up and go halves in that. I have lived in this amazing/huge apartment with a lovely couple for the last year, and they are now leaving to do the couple thing on their own. The apartment is very big, with all new interiors in a great street 15 mins walk from Chapel Street. There's also a tram line (number 8) at the end of the street. There's loads of on street parking available. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new, and our apartment has a front and side deck, both of which overlook the communal lawns/garden area. Hello! I've been living here for almost four years. It is bright, light and clean with big rooms and two communal living spaces. The 72 tram goes past us and Toorak Station is a short walk away. Hawksburn Village is a short walk away and has most things you would need in terms of groceries and Prahran Market is a short tram ride away. The room has built-in wardrobes and some storage under the floor. The kitchen has a lot of bench space and there is a shared study space, which I don't use during work hours. The house is fully furnished but the bedroom will be empty when you move in. The property is clean and well-loved and I want it to stay that way so please apply if you value a tidy home. Great flat with city views from balcony in one of Melbourne's best areas. Flat is not over looked and is on a quiet tree lined road. Being on the second floor it is extremely secure and mostly quiet with respectful neighbours. It is located approx. 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop (number 6 tram, High Street) and 5 Minutes walk to trams 64 and 5 (Dandenong Rd). Which will get you into the CBD in 20-30 mins. Nearest train stations are about 20 minute walk away. It is also about 15-20 walk to Chapel Street which is well known and a great place for restaurants and bars... Hi, I am a happy and open Spanish girl in mid 30's looking for a flatmate. I'm very active so I have something on pretty much everyday after work and on weekends. I love socialising and have a lot of friends so you need to like visitors every now and then too as I do :) I would love to find someone who is active and social but not party animal.
