A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Location wise, it's a public transportation dream with the 72 tram just a few steps out the door, trams 6/58/16 and Toorak station within 10 minutes walk, Hawksburn Village a few blocks down the hill, and Chapel street a few blocks further, designated car space with off street parking is available.
The spare room is east facing with lots of morning sunlight, and has BIRs - the dimensions are 3.3 metres x 2.6 metres... The room is empty but can come with a double bed, and a study desk, and chair if needed.
The kitchen is fully electric, the living room is set up with a big screen TV and all the home entertainment necessities - Disney+, Netflix, Stan, Prime etc. as well as central air conditioning to keep cool in summer/warm in winter.
Looking to build a chilled, home is a haven type vibe.
About You:
Someone who has their life relatively together - secure employment, previous share-house experience, respectful of others, self aware... There is no specific 'profile' I'm after, PM me with some info about yourself and we'll see if we click as people before anything else. The previous tenants have been a mix between 9-5'ers, hospo' workers, students, and working holiday visas - I really don't mind what your gig is, as long as you understand that adaptability, chemistry, and clear communication is paramount. Creating a friendly, and safe space is key.
The room is available from March, but the current housemate is flexible, so happy to negotiate an earlier start for the perfect candidate. Can do inspections from late Jan/early Feb.

Left Leaning, Socially Aware, Performer/Producer, Film Buff, Football Fan.
I work as a creative freelancer (former recording studio engineer, recently wrote/directed/wrapped a Tropfest entry, now preparing a live set for St. Kilda Fest), I WFH 2-3 days a week, on weeknights I try to get to the local gym and steam room, and on weekends I am out during the day. My party nights are very much over, but I'm always happy to find some time to socialise, philosophise, and banter over a drink or two (not a big drinker, because I can't bounce back anymore). In the very little free time I have, I watch music and movie documentaries, the MCU, The Matildas, Man United, and this year - the World Cup.
ps. If you initiate a conversation about the room, be sure to share some information about yourself. I won't respond to blank profiles or 'bot level' questions.
